People say this man is an extremist. He is no such thing. He cares about his country, Holland, and he speaks out against the Islamisation of Europe. His courage has earned him a 24 hour security team.

Great post. The problem isn't that multiculturalism has failed, it's that it was never going to work in the first place. Muslims will never integrate into our society, ever. So why don't we spare ourselves a great deal of trouble and introduce restrictions on immigration from all Muslim countries? At the moment, we're not attracting migrants, but times will change. We should start planning now for this.

What I'm saying is very clear; no large scale Muslim immigration will mean no large scale problems regarding Muslim integration. Let the PC Brigade cry their leftist eyes out, we all no it's the truth.

If what I am about to say is fundamentally wrong will someone please correct me.
Is Christianity a faith or a religion? I believe that Roman Catholicism , Eastern Catholicism and the various Protestant sects are Christian Religions. Christianity is a faith that all of the above religions have corrupted. Anyone who is a Christian should know that Christs Kingdom is not of this world and therefore cannot be defended by use of arms. ( I think Jesus attempted to show us this in Gethsemane). To Defend Christianity with arms is to deny the very beliefs Christianity is founded upon and ultimately destroys that which is sought to be defended. Religions may have armies and countries Faiths do not. The domain of Christianity is in the heart and the soul and can not be defended with force of arms.

Not a patch on Lenny.

Lenny didn't just talk the talk, he struck against the extremists in their heartland in his bid to save Christianity and the true way of life.

so answer me this what if christianty is threatened by force of arms poisioned doctrine , bringing down buildings with thousands in them , packed tube stations , sucicide bombings based on those doctrines that threaten the very existence and undermine the value and morals that surround our faith , what do we do then PRAY . no sorry i would be in favour of a armed response in a massive scale of like of what we have being seing , because thats what is holding back these nutters that and the american intelligence services that and the their entire military might , leave them out , then we really NEED TO PRAY .

The failure of people to differenciate between the majority of Muslims who mean them no harm and the Islamic fundamentalists is one of the biggest issues in this debate. History teaches us what will happen if we don't make the differenciation but sadly people still seem to fall very easily into the trap of tarring all Muslims with the same brush. So by grandstanding and taking a tough stand against all Muslims they play perfectly into the extremists hands.

I often think that people who hold and share the beliefs like Séamus, Ta, Seánie are actually agents working for Islamic fundamentalists. Its the only logical explanation.

Ok Mes Amis why did the president of Turkey rebuke President Obama in relation to this very point? When pointing out that there was such a difference to be acknowledged President Obama was told there was no such thing as "moderate Islam" and that "Islam is Islam" and can only be interpreted as such.We should let them into the EU immediately.

It seems Mr Sarkozy is the only man in the Union who has taken a stand on the issue, but Im glad someone has. Banning the head scarf in France was a good idea, afterall we live in Europe, gender equality is an accepted norm. I also commend the mans stance on Turkey's application to join. Worryingly however, if one looks at the population demographics of Muslims in Europe, it is highly likely we will have an Islamic state in the Union by 2050.

Multiculturalism in the UK

Travel on the tube and the majority of the workers are Afro-Caribeen, go for a newspaper or packet of cigarettes you will more than likely go to a Pakistani or Bangladeshi owned shop - fancy a meal - Chinese, Indian, Thai, Lebanese, Italian or maybe you just want a Kebab in which case you will be served by someone from Turkey, Greece or Cyprus. Used to be a time when the Irish ran most of the pubs until we decided we were too good for that and left it to the gap year Aussies as they would work for less. Was a time also when if you went to a building site you would also meet mostly Irish - but again they all moved back to Ireland to become developers of apartment blocks in the commuter belt that is Longford or Carlow so now the polish and the Turks have taken those jobs.

Even in the city the smart guys that do the real work - Actauries - Quantitave analysts etc are more than likely Asian - The English themselves (the anglo saxon ones) they go to UNI and they do the front office stuff in the city - some of them do a bit of Paintin and decoratin - but always 9-5 Monday to Friday -
If it wasn't for multiculturaism the country wouldn't work

Multiculturalism in the UK

Excellent portrayal of the truth but I fear wasted against those who want to reintroduce concentration camps, complete with a final solution, who post on here.

I always liked the "reverse" racist joke that was common in England 25 years ago when race was still an issue.

"What do you call a Pakistani who doesn't own a corner shop?"

"Doctor".

Now now Patrique, going down the Godwin's Law road does no one any favours. No one here has proposed concentration camps.

They have:

1. Proposed building a big wall around Muslim-land to keep all Muslims out of 'Christendom'
2. Proposed carpet-bombing Tora Bora (because that's presumably where the transmitter Osama Bin Laden uses to order all Muslims around is kept)
3. Declared that all Muslims cannot into integrate into western society. All of them: Dave Chapelle, Mohammed Ali, Zinedine Zidane, the lot.
4. Generally adopted a stance more extreme than even those shaven-headed, tatooed apes in the EDL, and reacted with shocked, eye-rolling huffiness to anyone who disagrees

... but no one has proposed concentration camps. I'm not sure what they propose to do with the millions of rogue Muslims already in Christendom (or Eurasia, if you prefer) but I suspect we'll hear soon enough.

Just a few questions Whereangelsplay

1. Who do you blame for the non-integration of Muslims into the societies they or their parents moved to?
2. Are you not at all worried about the demographic shifts in Europe?
3. All things being equal, would you rather say, 100,000 Christian immigrants, or 100,000 Muslim immigrants? Feel free to substitute Christian with Buddhist, Jain, etc.

____________
Why is it something that deserves blame ?

Applying the same logic to the Irish

Who do you blame for:

the establishment of GAA clubs in the UK or USA
The countless number of Irish bars across the globe with a sign telling us how far it is to tipperary
the summer fleadh in Boston

And that before even starting on the forced spread of missionary catholicism in Africa and South America

Muslims are beginning to integrate into Western society.

Today for example Dzeko set up a goal for Tevez (western Taig) and scored one himself. How's that for integration???????

And Yaya of course goes from strength to strength.

And hopefully Hussein Hamed will win a Dail seat in Dublin South.

1. I suspect we have different definitions of the word 'integration', but delightful Abu Hamza-types preying on the ignorant/disaffected with their own creative interpretations of Islam haven't helped (and should be kept on a tighter leash). Like Slash, I actually also favour a more French approach to national identity and religious ostentatiousness - provided it's consistent.

2. If you mean 'am I worried there's more Muslims around, generally' then: no, why would I be?. There's economic/political/social reasons for a rising Muslim population that has nothing to do with some Muslim World Domination conspiracy.

3. I'd rather 100,000 x Syed from my office, or Rez I went to college with, than 100,000 x Fred Phelps. As Mesamis said earlier, I'm not willing to tag 1.5 billion muslims as sharia-demanding, terrorist-sympathising cattle.

My turn for questions now (ooh, this is like Silence of the Lambs - not sure which one of us is Lecter, mind): you stop all Muslim immigration to Europe, fine. What about the muslim population already here?

No bother whereangelsplay, that's what a forum like this is for.

Ruanua, you have not demonstrated any willingness to engage in debate, so I'm choosing to ignore your comments and questions. I don't like snide remarks and misrepresentations, and so until you prove yourself worthy, I'm 'boycotting' you like the lads on the other thread suggested.

We have, what, 30,000 Muslims here at the moment? About that anyway, we'll know next year when the Census is held. 30,000 in a country of 4 million. What's that in percentages, I'm bad at Maths, but I think it's 0.75%. Fine. That community is too small to cause any real problems.

But if we had a community of 200,000, 5% of the total population, which is the rate in Germany, then there would be serious problems. The best way to stop that from happening is limiting immigration from Muslim countries, focusing on Christian countries like Poland instead. If Muslims grow in numbers, it will be due to birth rates and conversions, and you can't have any quarrel with that. It's an open market in our Republic, no one has to join a religion and no one is restricted from leaving one. In Muslim majority countries, this usually isn't the case.

That has happened all across Europe and beyond.

Large scale Muslim immigration begins to occur, and nobody says anything about it because of their fear of being labelled a racist. Liberals talk about 'multiculturalism' and 'diversity', and a generation on you get a sizeable percentage of the population who do not fit in, and whose presence leads to all sorts of problems. Then you hear these 'multiculturalism has failed' speeches, and you get more useless platitudes. The damage has already been done in Germany and Britain, but if we act now, we can stop this problem from occurring in our society.

Strictly limited immigration, focused on countries similar to us in culture, ie, Christian. Functional deportation process for illegals. Full assimilation expected from all immigrants. Problem averted.
