For me in Carlow, the hurlers performance against Laois, in having a rare but magical win over them in senior. Great stuff... and great respect from Laois both on and off the pitch!
At national level, I was seriously impressed by Bernard Brogan,,, nobody could get the better of him!

Lar Corbett in the hurling final scored great goals. The performance of Down in getting to the final was superb with clinical football and Cork in the second half against Down. Kildare I thought were also great.

Sorry for Henry that he had the injury and was unable to be fully ok for the final!!! Such is sport!

The minor football games in Croker in the latter stages produced very entertaining contests and great scoring bursts so.... looking good for the future!

Personally winning our 20th Connacht title against Sligo was pure magic
We came in so far under the radar,the radar was outer space and we were eh,the earth or something else way under the radar.
I think.

Outside of my own I would say watching an astonisihng 2nd half performance by Tyrone minors to storm back and beat Mayo in the minor AI semi.A truly remarkable effort.

I'd actually put the 5 goal demolition of Dublin slightly ahead of our Leinster championship win.
We owed the Dubs one and despite their many excuses they were well beaten by the better team.
God help them if we meet them next year.

Obviously the U-21's winning Ulster. They were unlucky not to win the whole lot but for Murphy's penalty miss in the final against the Dubs.

At senior level there was very little to shout about. Maybe Neil McGee's awesome hit on Charlie Vernon in the qualifier match in Cross.

Pity he doesn't see it tho. I would imagine that was a fantastic day for the royals as what's seldom is usually wonderful. That day tho dark for a Dub should be noted as being a highlight for us as it gave us the taste of defeat we needed to kick on and have a better season than last year so from a Dub to a Royal, I thank you 

Look back at his post Beautiful :).....his highlight was a corkman putting a peno away against Dublin....not beating us by 11 points or winning your 1st Leinster for 9 whole years....But glad we were on his/hers mind when typing their highlight ;)
