(Oldest Posts First) - Go To The Latest Post

If they had of shown a bit of manners they might of got a replay. booing every time Meath were taking a free. kenny getting his face mashed into the ground. ball getting kicked away 3 times in injury time twice at the one free. the attack on the ref sean boylan been confronted and hit.ward getting a slap of a supporter steward getting knocked out by a flying bottle in a section where people were sitting with kids... good riddence

Meath fans don't seem to have been able to hear themselves on Sunday, everytime Louth got a free they booed Brian White, I was on the hill side of the Cusack and the Meath fans there were constantly booing, as for the time wasting if you watch it back he ref was actually booking a Meath player when rooney kicked the ball away so the game was being delayed by a Meath players actions in the first place. If there are leinster champions it's Louth, there was one was of sorting it out but the Meath players would not do it.

i wonder does trav get to many matches with his own county playing in the past..meath supporters not booing other players...?..really?...not mashing another players face into the ground?..i wonder what brian dooher and ciaran mcbride would say about that one..so trav if we apply your logic, maybe it's time we said good riddance to meath a long time ago

Ohhh we're shockingly average man... poor in fact, Armagh should be in a better place at the minute to finish off our miserable championship.

Meath are not contenders for Sam... That was proven in the first game against Laois and yesterday....

Top class forwards... Dodgy/avearge midfield... Dodgy full backline - I dont know why but for some reason I think you'll get Cork in the Quarters... and they'll expose the obvious Meath faults

I don't agree that Armagh will finish the Dubs off. I think Dublin's workmanlike performance over Tipperary was exactly what they needed, still keeps expectations low. If Dublin drop a sweeper back in front of McDonnell and Clarke, then I see no reason why they can't win.

Meath are now two games away from an All-Ireland Final, the very fact that we're in the position we are makes us contenders. The only teams I'd fear coming through the qualifiers are Cork as they will repeat what Louth did, but on a bigger scale, and Derry. The Oaks are floating below the radar for once, I'd fancy them to ease past Kildare and win a Round 4 qualifier. As for the dodgy full-back line, can't agree with that. We probably have the most in-form full-back in the country, I certainly haven't seen better and two very tenacious corner-backs. Full-back line is Meath's strongest line.
