Lads the palyers deserve a replay...

I counted maybe what 10-20 guys looking to get at the ref... out of how many Louth fans..

Name and shame those involved and ban them...

But those Louth players deserve a replay... I'll leave it at that... I should be working

any chance they have of getting a replay was ruined by a small monority of Louth supporters and their reaction after the final whistle

Fair enough it was a terrible mistake to make, but in fairness every county and club in the country has wrong decisions made against them at some stage, admittedly not all come in a provincial final, but to call for a replay is just going to open a huge can of worms. If a replay is given then any team on the receiving end of a wrong decision in the future will feel entitled to a replay too.

Louth should look back over the other 69 minutes of the game and look at all the missed frees, balls dropped into the keepers hands and wides kicked, as well as all the stupid frees given away in the last 8 or 9 minutes of the game if they want the real reason they lost this one.

If a replay was granted Louth wouldn't have a team to lineout due to post match suspensions.Disgracefull behaviour even if they were robbed.

agreed but the GAA will keep the focus on those disgraceful scenes at the end to deflect attention from their inept officials

more than likely...

Would be correct to offer a replay, but for Louth would find if very difficult to win a replay with Meath after all that happened today!

Louth supporters a joke, that could hinder any chance of a replay.

Aye the two umpires should hang their heads in shame, there role has to be taken into consideration referees and their assistants get away with disgraceful calls and nothing happens.

Not for one minute do i agree with what the handful of Louth supporters done but my god i am not a Louth man and i was fuming. Everybody on here will give different angles on it but there is no way anybody can deny there is nearly always an element of cheating when Meath win a big game more so than any other county. I hope they draw Kerry at some stage and get a lesson in football, i will not deny i categorically hate Meath football. Cheats, cheats cheats cheats cheats.

Do they deserve a replay? Yes.
Will they get one? Probably not.

Louth should have been out of sight at this stage anyway but to have the Leinster title snatched from them like that is heartbreaking for the players.

There has to be a replay granted to Louth at the least, and any boookings afterv the final whistle scrapped. dont agree with what the louth supporters did after the game but cant blame them

Does anyone remember a Leinster championship game about 10 years ago, I thinkit was Carlow versus Laois?

Laois forward hits the ball wide in the last minute and the umpire waves the white flag and Laois win by a point. Laois offered them a replay. So there is a sort of precedent.

Did anyone else notice, the ref didnt actually ask the umpire for an opinion, the Umpire just asked him if he should wave the green flag

ITS A DISGRACE ABOUT THE MEATH GOAL WHY DID THEY NOT GIVE THE OFFICIALS GLASSES BEFORE THE GAME IF THEY WERE BLIND CAUSE EVERYONE ELSE SEEN IT. LOUTH SHOULD BE AWARDED THE GAME THEY WON FAIR AND SQUARE AND I CAN SEE EXACTLY WHY THE LOUTH FANS GOT INVOLVED ANYONE ELSE WOULD DO THE SAME.

A Royal Disgrace.

Meath should be ashamed.

THIS IS THE GAA VERSION OF THE THIERRY HENRY INCIDENT PLAYED OUT AGAIN AT CROKE PARK!!

Louth made Meath look like boys and it is disgustiing that Louth were cheated out of lifting the cup. How anyone can dive in to the goal, throw the ball and get away with it is beyond me.

Meath are now like the French of the World Cup and even their fans have any decency they will call for a replay.
