This conspiricy craic is nonsense, and id be weary of this 'Aaron' who brought it up... Funny enough its his one and only post... Time to give the wind ups a rest and tell it how it is: achill had a good season (top of the league, 2 wins and 1 loss in the champ), but somtimes let themselves down with naive play... And thats coming from an achill man...

TheMaster - we showed our class on the field yesterday when it counted. End of.

The game against Achill didn't go well for us admittedly, but only for around 20minutes in the middle of it. We were level at half time, let in the softest goal of all time at the start of the second half and then had Fergal Kelly and Keith Higgins sent off. That 20 minute spell was the only thing that stopped us from winning 3 out of 3 in the championship this year.

My posting isn't showing a lack of class, just that we (probably like the rest of the county) were sick to death of listening to ye on here at the start of the year going on about how great ye are. I've nothing against any of the Achill players or the club itself, just ye idiots on here that start a thread about how Achill are the backbone of Mayo GAA

For the neutral observer, achill had a man sent off also, and the balyh sending offs were late in the game, when achill were already in front... All fact, no spin there...
The lack of class shows when ballyh just scrape through on points difference but u cant admit it and start saying it was the plan all along!! Give me a break, any team who lose to a team who has just come up from junior shouldnt be patting themselves on the back... I'v no problem with balyh going through, thats just the way it worked out, but at least be able to admit how close to being out ye were...
As for this thread, well all you have to do is take a read back and u'l find out the story behind it...

Hard luck to Achill.I went to the game in Achill on Sunday and if it wasn`t for Achill taking their foot off the pedal in the last 5 mins they would have got through.I`d also have fancied them in the quarters more than Ballyhaunis.
