Longford nearly always gets a horrid beatin in the championship. the worst one was against dublin in croker a few years back. bad form.

Down got revenge the next year in the classic at Celtic Park.

I remember that match.Awful. I also remember the classic.Magic.

What was the margin in the all Ireland between kilkenny and Waterford?That was a terrible final.

I remember it well. Still gives me nightmares. Celtic park made up for it though :)

It all depends how defeat is taken,i remember Westmeath beating Dublin in 04 (last time they were beaten in leinster) and seeing a number of fans abusing Tommy Lyons and some even spitting on him.Nobody likes losing or in particular been hammered but like any god gael ya have to take it gracefully.
