knowle, as regards 6 in a row we will have to see bit early to be talking about that yet with this season still going on, at the moment we are only looking at this weekends game against connollys, where hopefully we can progress to the all britain final.

As regards warwickshire football there has been an improvement in the standard this year i would say, this year was a bit more difficult to win than in previous years, with barnabus coming into the senior ranks & making great strides, EGB always seem to start the season well but seem to lack the winning mentality come c`ship time, as for FM they have had a difficult time this year what with losing a couple of players & missing quite a few more with injuries but i am sure they will be back stronger next year & fair play to them for playing all their fixtures.

After sundays result JM should start next season putting out their strongest 15 in every game never mind lads saving themselves for the intermediate team, do they want to or do they have the desire to go all out for the county title ??? You have to wonder.

On RC you cant really say to much, they feel hard done by as regards the county semi final against Macs, but the date for this game was set back in April so there is no point in harping on about it still. They had a chance to come out on sunday & show Macs that they were as good as all their talk & win the league title, but some where along the line the bottle went. Who made the decision not to turn up on sunday is that down to management or the players ???

Have to say totally agree with you moonshine for a change it was probably the toughest championship use had to win in a number of years but it will help use with regards this weekend..also agree with you on RC and sunday it just shows you their manager must of had no faith in his players beating use and thats why he didnt field. i think whenever the games was supposed to be played use would of beat them anyway.. with regards this weekend i wish use the best of luck it should be a very good encounter between 2 good sides i fancy use to win if use can stop connollys centre half foward ronan mc gurk, he is only about 5 ft 2 but dont let this decieve use he is good player... ARD MOR ORT macs +2

i had to cut them up and chew them before i swallowed them Mooooooooooonshine!
funny how you talk about your wonderful underage but dont seem to keen on this minor final isnt it!
And why wouldnt we turn up for it? You're the only club who can get a game called off the night before!

ABitterMan, you really would want to stop chewing on those lemons, if you bother to read posts you will see that the minor final was called off due to a death in the club, when it was rearranged it was your club that called it off. Obviously you dont have to much to do with your club, one of those fellas that makes an appearance when they make a final, so we probarley wont be seeing you for a while.

Abitter man, will ya fix up and behave yaself- you should know by now macs don't bottle it from games regardless of the age level- its unfortunate your own club can't say the same.

abitterman have u still got it on you today ?still bitter & twisted about the sucess of other clubs around you and the way in which these clubs run thier affairs , still bitter with your own mentors for taking the highly amuseing decision to not bother to turn up for what could have been one of the biggest game's for your club in recent years.
I see you are also having a rant at the lads up there in Derby , they are trying to get a new club off the ground , so you put your boot in there as well , why dont you crawl back to your MINOR club and wellow in your own self pity

bottle it? i think someone has to be intimidating first, and by the sounds of it you are by putting your name as "tonymantana" - very sad person you must be.
and the success of other clubs, there is nothing in warwickshire i havent won from hurling to gaelic to even the cross country races the used to take part at PNH many mooons ago!
Derby im sure we could meet up for a few whiskeys my friend

Btw- fair play on getting a team together in Derby, I'm sure if you ever fancied a challenge match, macs juniors or seniors could give ya a game to test yaselves.

tonymontana , thanks very much , we would rather play your seniors , no disrespect to your junior team but we would prefer a good challange , i think you might be in for a bit of a suprise , we have offered Barnabas a challange but they keep avoiding it ,anyway we will contact you via your website to arrange , maybe a pre season game and we will show your lads around derby , we could go to matlock after the game they have cable cars and guillivers kingdom , also there is a lovely country park there so it could be a great weekend

Good luck to Macs this Sun, hope ye can get through to the final It would be a great for the County if we had the All Britain Champions. The bar has been set by Macs and its up to other clubs to get their act together and stop complaining all the time

I highly doubt Derby will be allowed to enter at senior level, it wouldnt be a good idea for a new club anyway. Its no fun getting beaten every week.
Good luck to Macs this Sunday. I think it will be a tight game and hopefully they can edge it.

I cant help but think sheepsmate is taking the Mick somewhat...I mean thinking they could have a go at the macs senior team after a few weeks of setting up then whisking them off to Gulliver's kingdom and then onto a lovely country park...Is it a date you guys are looking for or what?? lol
All jokes aside, fair play on getting a side set up over there.
All the best to Macs the weekend.

Sheepsmate, I'd suggest giving the juniors ago first- if I am correct, I think macs juniors haven't lost a game this season- you might be surprised!
We'd have a few pints, but I am a married man so I wouldn't be looking for any romantic engagement with yaself- I don't swing that way!!
Are your lads all Irish lads over here, or any new to gaelic players you've recruited??

tonymontana , we have watched macs seniors against Barnabas in the County final and to be honest we think that on a good day we can take them , if we play a junior team i dont think it will do us any good , do you think you could get a game on for us early march ?

Could any Macs lad post the throw in time and postcode for the match on Sunday? Fancy a trip up for a look.

Laughing my hole off at sheepsmate, thrash talking already, you'll fit in nicely in Warwickshire.

Game is at Old Bedians, Manchester M20 5QX. Throw in at 2.30.

Macs stand a chance if they can tighten up in the back line. Better forwards which Dunedin possess will exploit the space which the Macs backilne afford. Also Macs look vulnerable to the high ball, I remember correctly Dunedin have a beast of a full forward in there. Macs to lose by 4 or 5.

Best of luck anyway!!
