Without a shadow the worst Tv show ever on RTE was the quiz show Quicksilver sometimes known as stop the lights! 'and now for a 2p queston'.
Followed in close second by the All Ireland no talent show, don't know whos worse, the contestants or the Judges!

I would have to say any reality show made by RTE, which gives us the All Ireland Talent Show, Jigs and Reels and what was that one where the boat sank a few years ago, to much merriment from the rest of the world?

There was also a quiz show presented by Dara O'Briain a few years back where the main prop of the show was a paper shredder dressed up to be a robot, Twas horrendus.

Also saw the Afternoon show one day, they brought a health guru in to talk about the advantages of garlic, he named 2, the presenter asked was there any other , to which the guest replied 'no'

The worst thing about RTE for me is the perpetual "james bond season". At least if they just kept trying and failing to make good shows, you couldn't fault their effort, having james bond every weekend is just a cop out.

'' Eh windows right They are made from glass ehhh oh god oh you look out through them, oh god eehhh you can look in through them eeehhh You get them in houses oh I can't think eehhh, theres double glazing and single glazing, eehhh I put a football through one eehh and the teacher hit me a clip round the lug ha ha ha


Such vomit. Surely the worst show ever. Some other fella presented it after Dempsey don't know who he was.

Then Play the Game. it was charades with Derek Davis and Twink. OK for the midcdle of the day but this was on during prime time viewing on a Friday evening
