I think its only fair to comment on grounds that have been refurbished, or where some effort has been made to uograde the facilities. Im also giving my opinion as a spectator, people who have played on these grounds may have a different opinion. yellabelly (Wexford) - Posts: 1062 - 21/12/2009 20:02:32 519957 Link 0 |

Thankfully, the hurlers have not yet had to play in Healy Park! Wexford might in 2011 ;) hurlingdub (Dublin) - Posts: 6978 - 22/12/2009 12:55:10 520497 Link 0 |

Parnell park is awful as is newbridge. Navan aint great but good atmosphere. O connor park new stand is superb but the terrace is awful. The best in my opinion is o moore park, o connor park and breffni park! Just a pity cavans so bloody far away! I hear wexford parks the job these days but i've not been! I honestly don't like Casement Park. It's too open and any form of noise or atmosphere is lost in it the odd time there is a good crowd. As for Antrim games, especially league, most congregate at the stand side and it's even worse. srb (Antrim) - Posts: 344 - 22/12/2009 15:54:49 520705 Link 0 |
