interesting draw alright !! group 1,very clear cut you would have to fancy carrick and killashee with carrick to top the group,Group 2 on the other hand looks tough,with all teams fairly well matched,but id fancy ballymore to top it and grattans to sneak through,ballymore to beat killashee,and ourselves to ease past grattans,with ourselves to win the big one

Intermediate championship will be poor this year,full of southern clubs,with the exception of ballymore,this competition needs the northen team to liven it up,forgney and shroid should of stayed junior,wastin their time!!!!!!!!!!!!!

have to agree with ya virus,there should be more north longford clubs in the intermeditate championship,but only because they are not good enough to be senior clubs ,sean connellys,drumlish,mullinaghta,and maybe even granard will add nothing to the senior championship only a lot of boring predictable matches

Id say myself carrickedmond will top group one, killashee second.
group two is a hard one to call, id fancy ballymore with bernard mcelvany back to win the group. if ya put a gun to my head id say legan will come second.

Couldn't not post here :)

Killashee and Carrickedmond to come out of group one. Killashee, obviously and Carrickedmond who I'm sure will be many peoples favourites to win but have not had a good championship record. No offence intended.

Grattans and Kenagh to come out of group two. Though really its hard to call with so little between the teams but Grattans seem to be a club pushing forward with great developments on and off the field and Kenagh been consistently one of the best teams in intermediate over the last few years.

Final: Killashee V Grattans

Killashee to win and again no offence intended but I'm sure Grattans would be delighted to get to an intermediate final.

when grattens get there, they're guna win. you dont train to come second! alot of hype around ballymore this year, that will be tested the weekend. Legan fielded a strong team against moydow and neither were impressive.

Good to see a another good clubman on here, welome Bodiddy.

But we're not in the intermediate so it'll just be the under 6, under 8, under 10, under 12, under 14, under 16, minor, u21, senior, Junior A and Junior B championhips we'll win. I feel its a conspiracy by the county board not letting us into the intermediate so that we don't win everything. Its the only way they can stop us, by not letting us play.

it breaks me heart to have to come back down from playing senior football {where i might add,we are more than holding our own)and to have to play the likes of grattans shroid killashee and other mickey mouse teams,how could any one even think grattans could win an intermedite championship,they struggled to beat forgney fairies at the weekend so i rest my case!!!!
