Unfortunately it's not my own work, just something I remembered seeing a while back on a soccer site. Laughed myself silly first time I saw it though.

There was another very good one about Modric signing for Spurs made by the same poster, I've been trying to find it but no luck so far.

What will probably happen is, Rafa won't be sacked, he will be put out to pasture while collecting his weekly wage. With Liverpools hope that he will get another job while he is on garden leave for the same money before 2013. Might or might not happen. The next problem Liverpool would have is who to get to replace him, Jose Mourinho has been mentioned, but he wouldn't take over, Why you ask, simple look at the liverpool squad, it is very weak past 1-12, with little or no money left to spend what world class manager in his right mind would take over, so then you have to gamble on a manager who can win without spending much. Not qualifying for knock out stages will be a disaster for liverpool, not qualifing for the champions league next season could be a knockout blow. Some really important games in the future for liverpool, luckily they haven't started to build that new stadium yet.

How sad it is to know that all Liverpool have to play for for the rest of the season will be fourth spot and maybe the FA cup. Its only November and already it is severe doom and gloom time. I don't want to be kicking Liverpool while they're down, but I'm a realistic supporter. The injury list seems to grow every week, morale is down and the main problem is that Liverpool are not playing good football.
Should Liverpool lose to Man City in 2 weeks time, they are looking at a real battle to get fourth spot. The chances of staying in the champos league now seem slim to none. If this season pans out the way that its looking it will at this point in time, can any devoted Rafa supporters believe that he will retain his place as manager by the end of the season?

From all in Manchester god i hope he stays, what a fantastic job he is doing.

I believe they have developed a new training system down at Anfield called Parachuting. From what i saw last night they seem to have perfected the art of sky diving to a 'T'

Please stay Rafa PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE

Rafas Record as Liverpool Manager in his first 5 sasons is far superior to Alex Fergusons first 5 seasons with the Mancs, Fact.

PJ - Thats not an argument at all!! So irrelevent. Fergie had no money when he took utd, and they were a mid-table team. Can u see Rafa managing the 'pool for 20 odd years now - dominating the premiership?? Hardly.

Ridiculous comment this.Firstly Fergie stepped into managing Man u back then the same way someone might step into managing Everton now.No Champions league Money coming in like Rafa had.your comparing the 1980's with the 2000's for god's sake.Totally different lifestyles and Cultures between these decades, but no-one passes any heed on that,it's just a stick to bate fergie with.Let's take a closer more accurate and Realistic look shall we? I have seen on other posts people rabbiting on about fergies first 5/6 years etc etc. Ferguson took over United in November 86.No success in first 2 full seasons, except league positions improved dramatically (87-88,88-89),3rd season Fa-Cup,4th season Cup-winners-cup(considered a major trophy back then, bet the current ABU'S fave team Barcelona(who lifted the EC in wembley the following season) in the final)5th season league cup(always appreciated)6th season League Champions. Bet the scousers would swap that list for Rafas.

As of right now, Alex Ferguson is the most successful manager of all time. Sorry fellow Liverpool fans, its a fact. Its also a fact that during the 89/90 season man united fans put up a banner saying "Three years of excuses and it's still ****. Ta ra Fergie." Going to throw out some rhetoric that used but is very relevant that after 3 years in charge, Fergie was probably closer to being sacked in December 89 than Rafa is now. United went 7 without a win and had they lost to Notts Forest in the FA Cup third round in 1990, it would have been safe to say that Fergie would have gotten the chop. A lot of this sounds pretty relevant when comparing to Rafa if you ask me. We all know now how successful United have been with Ferguson but in January 1990 the man was the butt of all jokes that people use with Rafa these days

And I am not trying to say that Rafa is in the same league as ferguson, he is not, then again not many are. And I hope hope Rafa is not there after Christmas, never mind 20 years god forbid,

He didn't spend the same amounts that are being thrown around these days, but to say he didn't have money to spend is incorrect. In comparitive terms to todays market, Fergie spent big - he bought Hughes back for (1.8), Pallister was a transfer record fee at the time (2.3), McClair (850k), Bruce (800k), Ince (1), Webb (1.5). This was big money back in those days

Don't mean to harp on about this but to say the United were a mid table club when Fergie took over is also wrong. The previous 2 seasons before Fergie took over, United finished 4th and had only won the FA Cup in 85. In the next 4 seasons that Fergie was in charge United finished 2nd once, 11th twice and 13th once with an FA cup to show for it.

Compare that to Rafa's first 4 seasons in charge - Champos league, FA Cup and runner up in champos league final finishing in the top 4 bar the first season.

Now which record looks better??

Is everyone forgetting that Rafa won an FA Cup and Champs Lge in his first 5 years? That has to be a great achievement.Alex Ferguson couldn't have done this and was nowhere near winning the european cups in his first 5 years.

Oh hang on,weren't all Britsh club banned from Europe at this time? Why was that then?
