South Longford clubs always seem to be hard done by when it comes to picking minor panels. There seems to be a bias to northern players who sometimes are inferior to their southern counterparts. Aside from killoe, Carrick sarsfields and Ballymahon/forgney wer d 2 stand out teams in da minor championship and should provide d backbone of dis years minor panel
