OkeyDokey Exactly who would keith get on ahead of there are better defenders in the junior grade ie peter nixon than keith some lads from the junior louth side should be brought through as for players never on the squad.maybe Mark mc geown, Michael woods kevin rogers etc,,, lots of talent out there but we need a clean slate and a year to look at different lads jaysus we need a keeper first

well onions when you mention a keeper there is one stand out candidate and that is cooley's Neil Gallagher. good kickouts. great shot atopper, comfortable on ball and young and agile. bearing in mind last years no 1 and 2 choice goalkeepers both play out the field for their clubs. other fellas that should be persued are david devennay and mark brennan and gavin long

I would agree with the comment about Neil Gallagher. Not being a cooley man I was always a bit surprised as to why he was never No.1 for cooley!! But, in my opinion, best in the county.

With regards players for next year. Why doesn't the new Louth manager hold open trials like Micko did with Wicklow? It seemed to work wonders for them. That way the manager was able to mould a team together from what was out there. This way we would never have the debate again about who should and shouldn be called up to the Louth squad.

What about Ian McManus for Newtown Blues,he's apparently playing great stuff,he's built like a bulldozzer.Louth lacked a good target man against the Dubs when I saw them playing last year.Don't know if he'd be willing to play for Louth as he's originally from Meath, but I'm sure if he was asked he's definitely consider it.

I think you bull should put your name forward for the louth managers job. You talk plenty of #### so you'd feel rite at home. I would like to commiserate with the people of inniskeen. Bull broke out of his field and wandered into the wee county and doesnt know how to get back. Im sure the good people of inniskeen are missing you?????????
