Opening Posts
All the answers are GAA players (both codes) who have played in the last 10 years (ish)

Tony Boyle announced his interco retirement in April 2001.
He played in an Ulster Final in 1999 and was unlucky not to score a goal that would have put donegal out of reach
He was denied a medal by a late goal from the kissing QC.

Where possible I have included AI winners - not possible with KMAC or with no. 8

I don't get this. 4 has an All-Ireland medal but then you say he possibly should have one. But the clue is in the clue. Very confusing!
