I would have to give Cork a shout if Mayo were out of the chapionship due to family commitments. The two teams i like to see succeed the least (not hate) are the mighty Ros and great white hype of Dublin exiledinkildare (Mayo) - Posts: 47 - 10/09/2009 11:19:25 421668 Link 0 |

rerom. Just joking. Nothing against Carlow, but just giving to rise a friend of mine. After all did they not have the greatest manager of all time (former Meath player) in charge not too long ago?. Real Kerry Fan (None) - Posts: 2957 - 10/09/2009 14:25:03 421908 Link 0 |
DABLACKSPOT, first of all no Offaly man would ever be jealous of Westmeath's success, if you want to compare the two counties we both know you will be left highly embarrassed. When ye beat us in the senior championship in 2004 for the first time in 55 years, there were comments made from Westmeath people coming out of croker that day that turned me against your county big time. You would swear ye won the all Ireland the way ye carried on and last year in Tullamore also there were insulting things said by more so called supporters in maroon jerseys that are not repeatable either. I was brought up on the Offaly side of the Offaly/ Laois border so I had nothing against the Lake county until 2004, besides my pals on the Offaly/ Westmeath border insist the rivalry has been intense going back 50 or 60 years so I'm sure it's the same both sides of the fence. I would probably have to say Roscommon as I live here, but have always had a soft spot for the Antrim footballers. thistle_harps (UK) - Posts: 879 - 10/09/2009 16:07:35 422042 Link 0 |
