As I said before Sam02 everybody is laughing at you! LOL! Your skewed opinions mean zilch, you can dwell in the past, savour the joys of old money company in Hayes Hotel and Killarney but all along you just get more bitter because you know deep down in your heart of hearts you just can't understand why 2002 was the zenith for Ard Macha (I don't have a problem with Augher) Lifes a b*t*h, things don't turn out the way you thought they would. You would have liked to have seen Sam again in Ard Macha but it hasn't turned out that way. Waging a war of words against a neighbouring counties fans just denigrates the Ard Macha image in everybody's eyes. I don't find it difficult to talk to any GAA fan, I love banter. I spent a day in the company of some dubs last week and when I went into a guys house he had a lovely colour photo of the 1995 Dublin team ready for me. LOL! Thats craic. I can take it and move on, its not personal. Life would be a joyless place without competitive behaviour but sometimes you can take it too far and it consumes you. caughtredhanded (Tyrone) - Posts: 602 - 07/08/2009 11:29:51 382353 Link 0 |
Caughtredhanded........ change those tablets, or dont take so many, you are very obviously on "something". I love Hayes Hotel, and Killarney, Laughing at me, ha ha ha ha, who do you think you are kidding, you did a poll did you, and as for '02 we are proud to have WON the All Ireland that year, ie before Tyrone did, that is what counted, sam02 (Tyrone) - Posts: 643 - 07/08/2009 18:44:18 383153 Link 0 |
Fair enough you did win it before us but you haven't got to see it since. Tyrone have won it three times, with two of the years they beat Armagh along the way to win it. Hopefully this year we will win it again and will be able to say they won it back to back before Armagh did. tir_eoghain_abu (Tyrone) - Posts: 773 - 07/08/2009 21:16:01 383299 Link 0 |
No what counted was that we won it, and won it again and again...................and (armagh didn't) BobbyB (Tyrone) - Posts: 369 - 07/08/2009 23:56:42 383537 Link 0 |

Big difference is we WON the All Ireland in 2002, got robbed in '03 and '05, everyone knows that, whilst Tyrone, stole their All Irelands in '03. 05 and 08. I wouldnt be one for handling stolen property. LOL. sam02 (Tyrone) - Posts: 643 - 08/08/2009 15:23:28 383893 Link 0 |

I am seriously getting fed up with the double standards being imposed by site admin. It seems a certain Armagh supporter can come onto this particular board and slag off Tyrone and its supporters with no sense of balance or fair play. However, twice I have posted regarding the remark he made about a fellow poster's name being the Irish version of his club. I compared his attitude to that of the Minister for Culture's dislike of the Irish language and neither post has appeared. What's going on! I though the GAA was supposed to support all things Irish, including the language. There was nothing derogatory in my comment unlike the tripe he spouts on a regular basis. Prob wasting my breath (and typing) complaining as I doubt this post will appear either. ClonoeExile (Tyrone) - Posts: 55 - 10/08/2009 01:18:17 385521 Link 0 |

sam02 - robbed in '05? Did you WATCH the Ulster Final - anything to say about Stephen O'Neill's red card (with Tyrone leading), while McGrane escaped scot-free for his closed-fist 'tackle' on a Tyrone player? The only team 'robbed' in '05 was Tyrone, of the Ulster title they deserved. Tyrone 3, Armagh 1. Says it all really. Gabriel. (Down) - Posts: 412 - 11/08/2009 03:32:28 387220 Link 0 |
