Lads , anyone know of any players that Geezer could have on the panel or any he should bring on next year....

Dont know if anyone has seen Eoghan Carew(St.Kevins) playing lately... He scores so much.. I seen him get 1-6 against the sash and 1-6 again against Monasterevin... Also Hugh Purcell (Maynooth) looks a serious player.......

Dan Egan of Clane looks a great player. Maybe not good enough for senior yet but would be great at u-21.

Ye definitely 1 or 2 Larries players that are impressive.

Have to agree on Eoghan Carew. He looks a class act.

Does anyone know who the Monasterevin centre back is. I've heard hes a solid back.

well if you look at it like that you'd think there would be more than 1 celbridge player on the panel after winning the championship, but it just doesn't end up like that. Its about the management, the training, and the overall team effort and skill, aswell as having quality players.

i would certainly agree with you willie about McEvoy but he broke his collarbone a few weeks ago. He had been playing centreback for the juniors up until the injury and i also remeber him marking Alan Smith out of the game in last years county final. A fine prospect for next year

barry o'keefe kilcock, very tidy defender and always marks the opposition danger man.
mcevoy and brophy from celbridge will be worth a look next year too.
podge flynn is class but might be a bit small for inter-county.
tom byrne is deffo worth a look too.

Two fitzpatrick brothers (kilcock) are vert good players and have springs on thier feet as they would catch anything. Eohan O'Flatherta (carbury) should get more of a run in. Hez a very talented young lad and also Eoghan Carew (St. Kevins) is a also a decent player

Carew is not good enough for senior intercounty Level. Damien Hendy doesnt even stand out playing for Castledermot. Their a poor team with no outstanding players at club level.
