I remember the 70s 80s when you had the old crepe paper hats with a peak that usually had Evening Press on the underside. But speaking of the lovely Mourne county the writing on the hats used to really confuse me - Up Down!

Does anyone know if you can buy jerseys with numbers on them, now proper numbers like they play in not the cheap versions. I only like wearing ones with numbers on but the ones I have are getting on a bit.

All bar the Goa jersey I wear for training (no, not at the same time Snuf) as I use that as a marquee in the yard.

I've ordered the new Galway football jersey this year. Was never keen on the way the previous sponsor looked. On that point I prefer jerseys without a sponsors logo splashed all over it. It should be about the colours and the badge. Gaillimh Abú.

i've got 3 Rangers jerseys, 2 boca juniors, 4 cork g.a.a, 1 each of donegal,carlow,galway,louth,tipp and numerous permiership and european teams. the 94/95 rangers one is by far the nicest but the stigma of wearing it is a bit of a downer.

In Gaelic only Antrim. I now tend to buy the jersey`s I like for my wee fella . Got him an Armagh one because I went to school there . After that Im embarrassed to say they`re all international soccer jersey`s reflecting my own sectarian prejudice`s , ie: Argentina (the malvinas) , Germany and Italy.
