joedon:
not making a rivalary with you but, what club are you from unless you are from lochmacrory or newtown or in close links you will not know what is happening in each training camp.
too make things crystal clear i have many close links in lochmacrocry and even they have told me things arent all as they seem, and with newtown, trainings are intense, managers are strict about evrything, and the team is bonding unbelievably well
but on the other hand, its the luck of the day at the same time

its not that luaghable going by scores, lough beat beragh by a cuple of points with a late scrapy goal at the end and newton beat dem by 13 points.
think about that and think about the players newton have, they lost their first two games becuase a source told me that they were moving players and when they got the right team they destroyed augher and beragh, so i would watch out

Cookiemonster: No rivarly surley, its good to have a discussion. To be honest i am a loughmacrory supporter, i dont play but i know many of the loughmacrory lads as do i know newtownstewart lads aswell. That statement you came out with that "things are not all as they seem" is confusing. If a football team is playing well and doing good how can it seem any way else? Look, all i was saying was that Loughmacrory are playing well, and to date no team has been able to touch them apart from a tight game against beragh which was interesting because it gave a chance to show whether lough could grind a result while being put under pressure. They showed that they where capable of it and that tight game against beragh grants 10 times more experience than a match that is totally one sided. So, also in response to corner_forward it doesnt matter what the scoreline was at the end of the game they still won didnt they and it would be very silly to say that newtown is better because they beat beragh by a bigger margin.

Its early enough in the season and too early to be naming the winners. Loughmacrory might not win anything this year and mayby neither will newtownstewart. For all we know is augher could do the double! Id say that i might be biased towards my own club which anybody would be, but looking at things as if i was a neutral i was just saying that loughmacrory are the form team and it will take a hell of a performance to "slam" them in a match. I am excited by the prospect of the next meeting of these two teams as there is a clear rivarly between them and each team will be desperate to settle old scores.

349219 sorry drumragh boys but you don't really have a chance
ive played eskra at grade 2 level and they are a great team
only for them being short of players they would be in contention for grade 2 titles let alone grade 3
eskra will walk every team in grade 3, and the less said about drumraghs time in grade 2 the better.

yiss_ladd how can you judge how a team will do based on under 14s? 2 years is a long time and generally around this age alot of players get bigger, stronger, fitter and some get worse. Under 14 football also isnt near as competitive as under 16s.

Here is this under 16 gaelic football or professional soccer?? Sounds like pro soccer to be honest..so over-hyper and exaggerated. talking about training camps and stuff..quite laughable..spend your times better than this and stop living in dream world cookiemonster etc.

50_fifty ball- people obviously do care if they write about it..... And if grade one is so important then why don't you talk about that?

wel drumragh ladd it doesnt really matter how much you's have improved as you still won't be able to put it up to a very strong eskra side

joedon:
I didn mean 'slam' in that context i mean that it wont be as easy as they have been getting it, if you get my drift. Grinding out results is key to winning any silverware, and BOTH teams look on course now, the next meeting between the two will be key.

Drumragh's delusions of grandeur were well and truly shattered last night when Dromore (yet to win a game in Grade 1) hammered them.

In all fairness you don't expect much with writing like that- save the text spake for your mobile buddies-all the talk about how Drumragh would hold their own against teams from higher grade holds as much water as a burst welly-

Errigal beat beragh well with only a few of thier regular starting players playing the entire game. And also one of their missing 1 of the top forwards, 2 defenders and one mid fielder ,who went off injured.

But tonight they play the loch, it'll be interesting to see one of the struggling sides of 1A come up against the strongest team of division 2!
