beragh really fell apart after ryan o'keeffe got sent off for receiving a second yellow card for doing a ridiculus tackle on ryan maise

GRADE 3: After losing the first three games by a large majirity Tattyreagh have decided to play 4 players whom are over the age so watch out for them!

If the Tats are playing over age players i would be sure that Eskra or Drumragh (from what i hear) will put them away with no bother. Unless Eskra or Drumragh meet each other before the final then it'l be them to in the final. But Eskra seem to strong for Drumragh.

From What i Hear Newtown Struggled With Tactics in The First 2 Games,But Once it got back to playing an orthodox starting 15 they showed they have the fire power with two cricket scores in there last 2 games, for that silly naive post about beragh fallin apart when ryan o'keefe was sent off, dont be silly, it was over when newtown equalised with beragh in the first half, it was a green wave from what i hear with nathan tompson popping up from wing-half back to get himself 2 fantastic points, We will just have to see how newtown fair out against galbally in their next league game, nd the decider in grade 2 not section b but the entire grade when lochmacrory come to Newtown with their tails up nd shud get slammed back down to earth as lochmacrory are conceding far too many goals. When you leave a team scorless from 11 minutes to 59 minutes something must have went right. FACT

Cookiemonster: I ahve severe doubts that newtown will "slam" loughmacrory down to earth. If you can remeber Loughmacrory beat newtown by 7 points and they were all from play bar 2 frees. I wouldnt count on bagging too many goals as their defence is getting tighter every game and their forwards are platying extremly well. All of loughmacrory's forwards are regonised scroers but yet from what it seems newtown rely soely on ryan mayse in a tight game (e.g Loughmacrory, Greencastle games).

Also, Newtown have only won 2 out of four, which for defending league champions, is diabolical.

1. it was a tight first half with two teams battling well and it was not over in the first half and its not niave to say that the sending off of ryan o'keeffe as the game was turning at that point as beragh was making more productive attacks thet wernt reaching the target, although newton had their sharp attacks and thats what made the game more tight at that point until he was sent off

2.the only reason that wing half back was aloud up the field to score is that our wing half foward (who is a sub only for our wing half back missing and changes were made) was standing off him and letting him get the ball on fifty fifty occasions and allowed him further more to play one - two passes up the field and getting into scoreing positions

joedon:
you obviously didnt know that any year that a team in newtown has one any silverware they have started of losing 2 or three games of a league campaign, 2006 u-16s lost first 2 matches ended up winning the double, 2007 u-14s lost their first three games won the league, 2007 u-16s lost first three games nd one the championship, what does it matter about winning all the games in the league as long as you qualify you o.k

and for that post from the boy from beragh, it isnt our fault that after you starting 15 you have a poor bench the squad needs to be strong

Don't count Beragh out of it yet and trust me them and Greencastle will cause some shocks in the Championship.

You are very confident considering Eskra and Brackaville both have 8 out of 8 in 3a as well, I wouldn't get your hopes up lad.....

Its early days to be predicting who will make the finals but drumragh definetly have a chance.

sorry drumragh boys but you don't really have a chance
ive played eskra at grade 2 level and they are a great team
only for them being short of players they would be in contention for grade 2 titles let alone grade 3
eskra will walk every team in grade 3, and the less said about drumraghs time in grade 2 the better

In repsonse to Cookiemonster: Your absolutely right it doesnt matter if you win all league games, its all the same if you scrape qualification or stroll thorught its all the same. I was just saying that your ridiculous claim that newtown will "slam" loughmacrory down to earth is laughable. To be making a claim like that a team needs to be showing that they are on level par with the other. But, from how its looking now, Newtown wouldnt even be able to put it up to loughmacrory at the minute. That is no disregard to newtown as they a good team but are obviously slow starters.
