How are Clonoe getting over confident, they have beaten these teams and the other teams are coming up wif excuses which can apply to Clonoe as well. It is a 15 man game after all. i hink its just jealousy from the rest of ye's

here, no harm to you's all but i heard about the 5 or 6 players kildress are missin, 3 of them are minor starters in grade 1 as well and they happen to be development squad boys, also, they are 3 players any team would struggle massively without, better than any clonoe were missing.

Clio...NM_NM are two perfect example of two arrogant naomh mhuire men. You's got complacent against clonoe, and you's learnt this year isn't gona be a walk. And as for saturday, you can trust me, Errigal are gona give it to ye's and i say bring it on!!!

If Naomh Mhuire win championship and league this year surely them being divided into killyman and edendork should be something to consider, as Amalgamations being too strong ruin football.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have heard it all now, a Errigal man complaining about amalgamations being to strong, bit rich don't you think?

Francis1..errigal is not an amalgamation. Try and learn the facts before making 'smart' (or not so smart) comments.

I will not waste my time on you as you clearly do not know what you are talking about

saying that ye's will walk 1A is arrogant, yes that game against Clonoe was a lapse in form but really I think there will be stiffer competition than you's expect. What with a good start from cookstown and clonoe. Also with kildress sure to cause an upset in latter stages..

This year already is not what was expected and only the Naomh Mhuire boys think they are exempt from this string of events and unexpected twist in the season.

Tell me a little bit about Errigal 20 years ago then fuppin?

Errigal Ciaran used to be known as Ballygawley. And the Club Ballygawley consisted of Glencull, Altamuskin, Garvaghey and Ballygawley (4 town lands) as we are a vast club we created a tournament amongst the club, townlands versus one another initially for fun and to have a bit of football during the off season.

There were rows and fall outs so Glencull split from a club...then in later years Glencull arranged to join back with Ballygawley but now under the new name of Errigal Ciaran as the players from Glencull thought that they should not play under the name of 'Ballygawley.'

Being divided then joining back together is not an amalgamation.

If an apple is split into 2 parts then put back together it is still ONE apple. Francis1, do you like apples?

How do you like them ******* apples

Errigal will never be the force the once were. Their dominance in tyrone is coming to an end.

Sorry Fuppin

im glad to see that there is no longer a dominant force at senior level in the county. Who wants to know the outcome of a season before it has started?

But Errigal are still a major threat, they are on the top of the table (just about) for a reason. I guarantee you Peter Canavan will have a championship title under his belt as a manager over Errigal at some stage. He is a great manager and is taking the club back to thier status of number one contender for the championship and league.

newtownstewart and beragh should be a good match as newton have yet to prove that they are a decent force in grade 2, and beragh needing to come back strong from their first defeat to loughmacrory earlier in the week, i went to the match and it was intense but silly mistakes from beragh was vital in the result. also, beraghs fowards particular their corner foward missed a few shots, and also ryan o'keeffe, who although scored a great free kick with a tight angle and grief from the spectators, missed a few shots himself, but overall played well.
newton have a few good fowards but beragh might have the backs to match them with corner back pual owens likely to mark ryan maze
beragh have good wide fowards and a full foward who cant win any ball and turn any man, although newtown have sharp backs and a player that i seen play against loughmacrory and played very well was sean hargan, one of the corner backs

so it will be a tough match in beragh on wednesday match and i might go to watch and see what both teams are capable of, i just hope two teams play to the best of their ability and will be an exciting match
i would consider beragh to come out on top as they have been showing promise so far and newtown have the players but can they show some chemistry on wednesday, it might be a big ask so im going for beragh on this one

..I dont think were the team they were...beragh r a well improved team and newton wil find it difficult to put it up to them!

but then again think of some of the players newtownstewart have, for example ryan maze and ciarn mcconnell who is young and has an other year left

i think it will be a tight game with beragh edging out on top, another player for beragh is cathal owens who is a good wee worker and will go in for any ball, he is small but will put it up to who ever newtoens centre half fowward is
