A playoff is needed to decide the outcome.

If the league game was anything to go by it will be a cracker between Moortown and Greencastle, Hopefully both teams will be at full strength for this keenly awaited contest. Gortin appear to be in trouble at the moment, its awfully depressing, tarra even.....

i doubt greencastle wil be at full strength after those 2 lads got sent off against augher. any word on their suspensions mugsy? should be a great game regardless, moortown seem to be stepping it up at the right time and shold gibe the castle a good run for their money. cant see us dropping anymore league points anyway

Sorry, cudnt log on there for a while but im back!
Was up to see moortown gortin game tonight. Moortown were the superior team throughout, worked well together but seemed nothing went right for gortin! young mossey is still suspended while i also see there full forward and the minor mcgarvey(?) missing from the gcastle game! Is this the end of gortin or understrength? wat about mortown? big play off push?
Big game at the weekend, any chance the clan's cud beat the castle? Cookstown should post a big sccore against kileeshil id say!

One of the two lads will be back for the Champiopnship.
Think he only got 4 weeks.
Should definitely be better than the last time we met.
Moortown was too good for us that day in Edendork.
Some goal by Lawn.
We should be in better shape this time around.

Ha, you got me there Moortownspuds, All those suspensions slipped my mind.....

As far as I know only one lad suspended will miss out, but there would have been more than adequate replacements even if the two had missed out. There would appear to be reasonably good strength in depth there. The game will be a close one to call. We will have to be at our best on Sunday against Clan na gael in the short term - Although this may seem as a contradiction the suspensions will damage the team selection for this encounter as those two men would have been more than useful on a wet and windy Aughabrack. I wouldn't be over confident about this one and feel it may be the game that is the making or breaking of the season as far as league titles are concerned. I like many others hope that they can produce the goods.
