I saw that the greencastle bench looked a bit shy compared to other games. watching (Tyrone) - Posts: 853 - 06/07/2009 14:14:55 334044 Link 0 |
watching: True enough. After the lad was sent off the row got up with the ref. He sent the wrong man off. Then he got abused and walked off. No points for either team if the fight before hand was bad enough. If not then Eskra will be awarded the points? There was no fight. He didnt send off wrong man. Player got straight red and then put his hand on ref, dont know if he pushed or what. Killyman players also surrounded ref. Eskra were 3-09 to 1-10 up with less than 4 minutes to go. The abandonment had nothing to do with Eskra, so therefore they should be awarded the points, which they were going to get anyway. wombat (Tyrone) - Posts: 26 - 06/07/2009 14:29:49 334099 Link 0 |

my last message was edited. The Killyman manager gettin in the refs face, coupled with what i said earlier were probably the reasons for the abandonment wombat (Tyrone) - Posts: 26 - 06/07/2009 15:02:11 334191 Link 0 |

A big game on fri nite, Greencastle v Moortown this will go a long way in desiding what these teams may or may not won this year. Also a light into what we may get when championship resumes. looking forward to this one. castle_top (Tyrone) - Posts: 137 - 06/07/2009 23:52:25 335072 Link 0 |
Great victory for the team on Sunday against Killeeshil, a good all round team performance. Moortown will be a tough one at the weekend after their victory over Edendork in the championship. mugsys_barber (Tyrone) - Posts: 2160 - 07/07/2009 00:00:35 335086 Link 0 |
Urney v Killeshil - URNEY (R.Laverty for Urney and no Hub for Killeshil) Edendork v Rock - EDENDORK (Should have enough firepower) Eskra v Pomeroy - ESKRA (Home advantage) Greencastle v Moortown - GREENCASTLE (Home advantage) Augher v Stewartstown - STEWARTSTOWN (If not a draw) Clan na Gael v Cookstown - DRAW (Here`s hoping) Derrylaughan v Strabane - DERRYLAUGHAN (Poor travellers) Gortin v Killyman - GORTIN (Straight forward) watching (Tyrone) - Posts: 853 - 07/07/2009 09:53:15 335232 Link 0 |
What way is Ronan Lafferty playing these days? I haven't played with him in 4 years and at that time there was nobody better at fielding the ball. PGD (Tyrone) - Posts: 55 - 07/07/2009 13:12:59 335507 Link 0 |

The Eskra and Killyman game, when will the hearing for this be heard? After reading various reports and talking to players it seems Killyman could be in a lot of trouble. Thats all they need they already on their way to division 3. Winning the intermediate championship 2 years ago prob the worst thing that ever happened them Tyrone Gaa (None) - Posts: 403 - 07/07/2009 15:02:54 335724 Link 0 |

The Pomeroy/Eskra game on this evening unless things ave been changed at the Co board meeting. Will be a tough one because of Eskra being in relegation trouble. Cookstown should go two clear at the top this weekend. Moortown should scrape past Greecastle i hope. murphys_law (Tyrone) - Posts: 193 - 08/07/2009 09:10:09 336795 Link 0 |

I forgot that Moortown won't have PJ available and is surely damaging to their league chances. Should this game be going ahead as Greecastle dont have county men? I Still fancy Moortown, they would have more to offer in their forward line and Greecastle are missing Danny McDermott in the back line. Cookstown 2 clear on Friday mark my word!! murphys_law (Tyrone) - Posts: 193 - 08/07/2009 12:00:15 336994 Link 0 |
