Yea best of luck.. What a boost the country got with the rugby. Would be some craic watching Ireland next summer if they qualify. Need to win all home games! Brolly (Monaghan) - Posts: 4472 - 27/03/2009 15:51:23 241412 Link 0 |

ah look i do want them to win, but if they dont, i couldnt care less. International Football is nothing these days. Bores me to tears, Will see the goals, if there are any, on the news that evening. Have my pilates tomorrow evening. Liamwalkinstown (Dublin) - Posts: 8166 - 27/03/2009 16:03:43 241431 Link 0 |

We need to get 20+ points to stand a chance of qulaification, correct me if I'm wrong but there are 8 groups and only the top 8 go to a play-off. A win against Bulgaria is vital as playing away in Cyprus and Bulgaria will be difficult places to go. Clash-of-da-ash (Galway) - Posts: 927 - 27/03/2009 19:32:23 241667 Link 0 |

I really don't know how kevin Kilbane has managed to play international football for so long. he's a lovely fella and a great workhorse but he has never done anything for ireland when it really matters. I really worry about our full back options. We used always have plenty of good quality full backs but now we have . s goldrick (Cavan) - Posts: 5520 - 27/03/2009 21:54:43 241801 Link 0 |
Best of Luck? I don't think they can get much more if you believe this week's article in "The Guardian". patrique (Antrim) - Posts: 13709 - 27/03/2009 22:58:24 241850 Link 0 |
Is Fahey not a midfielder? Foley at Wolves is doing well. Sisco87 (Tipperary) - Posts: 759 - 27/03/2009 23:00:28 241852 Link 0 |
