Lads, as said previously, let's keep the politics out of it. Personally I reckon that the majority on both sides want nothing more than a peacefull co-existence. It's just the extremist minorities on both sides that seem insistent on perpetuating the situation, and dragging the others down to their level.
I think the extremists on both sides have committed enough atrocities to have ceded the moral high ground, and the best way approach is that of the originator of this thread - help those who suffer as a result of this conflict, and hope that our generousity will help them see that there are other solutions than a meaningless cycle of retributions and violence.

last i heard the whole convoy had been stopped somewhere and they were all herded into a football stadium and told that although they were not under arrest they were going nowhere!!!!!!
