Na Piarsaigh v's Aran was a Junior A game. Na Piarsaigh were missing 7 first team players, Goalkepper got injured in the first half, first sub goalkepper also got injured. Nearly had to play myself.

Na Piarsaigh v's Aran junior C match was rearranged early last week due to a large number of Na Piarsaigh's players being injured or unavailable. The date on the master fixture was 12/07/08. The match will now be played on the next available date.

was at the ballinasloe-cortoon game,ballinasloe were by far the better team,strong up the middle,they had liam lynch playing corner forward and just seemed to hid everything at him but it worked.i would fancy ballinasloe when they play headford..they have a very strong half back line full of running.

Aran arnt a cocky team, but even so beating a team by 28 points can hardly be a worrying factor. And as far as "**** themselves" in finals, pretty harsh considering only losing by a small margin.

15 points but could easily be more. one wing forward did the dooher role well, lynch was excellent. The other wing forward was good but after that passengers e.g. the Full forward didn win one ball.

Starie - Completely understand, we only have about the same number to pick from ourselves and have had the same problem for years so I know where you're coming from...

Mise - Cocky? I don't know what Arainneachs you know, cos I know none that are as any complacency is drilled out of anyone getting carried away. Yet maybe IF there are a few cocky lads - perhaps it may be justified, just have a look at the league table.

BTK - Losing finals bothers us more than anyone, however thats history now. Maybe we werent cocky enough going into those games we knew we should & could have won.
