Those boots sound awful complicated. Hope you kept the manual. You probably smuggled them in from the North. Ah yeah across the lake at nightfall to avoid paying the VRT. Some day you'll be down in Cloone or Aughavas and the Customs will come and "lift" them off you and you'll end up finishing the game in your stocking feet.

melvin man, the Pinguin brothers Orvill and Wilbur Pinguin were the first Pinguins to fly, they were originally from Dowra. they designed their own plane. this happened around 1903 in north carolina. the flight lasted one mile

melvinman, bbc2 have a documentary on tonight at 10.30. its basically about comedy, comedians and how humour contributes to society, what makes us laugh etc, it gets INSIDE the joke and inside the joke teller, and explains anything you've wanted to know about this form of entertainment. it promises to be a fascinating and insightful programme

Chippy.

A Pinguin is a flightless bird who must resort to mechanically propelled flight in order to become airborne.

Its near cousin the Penguin lacks this innovation and is thus unfortunately very much grounded.

newsflash: according to melvinman the gaels have declared themselves to be entirely autonomous in a bid to compete with the other connaught counties for the nestor cup. reacting to the news, the last leitrim man to lift the nestor cup in 94 remarked: "it reminds me of montenegro's first game since their annexation from yougoslavia, a talented montenegran team that competed for the fenagh cup in the 1981 losing narrowly to cloone in a match marred by sniper shooting". stay tuned for more declarations of independence..

We can't let Melvin Gaels secede. I can't countenance the summer championship evenings without them. They are serious craic when you get them going. My buddy speaks perfect melvinesque, so its really funny sitting in Pairc Sean in the new stand and they start babbling in their own tongue thinking we don't know what they're saying but my mate is translating the whole lot for us.

Can we keep a little corridor to the drowes and the sea so we can still poach salmon and not be landlocked like those Rossie so and so's.

first kinlough becomes nationalised and now the govt. propose to nationalise anglo irish bank? is melvinman involved with anglo? is he jumping ship to avoid responsibitity and conviction for his shoddy banking practices? is nationalising anglo really worth it? perhaps the kinlough men wanted out as they see no future for this country. i wish them good luck with their new independent state.

It's forward thinking, progressive individuals like Melvinman the country needs right now. If everybody did a little more etc., etc., This is a giant personal committment on behalf of us all. Best of luck, we're all behind you.

Dont think Sligo or Donegal will take them, shur thats where most of them originated. I deffo think Melvinmam is on the sause outa The Melvin ( Melvin being the Hotel on main st not the lake ).

But still think if the heads are right up there come summer Melvin Gaels are one of the favourites for the Senior Championship

Kinlogh and Melvin Gaels to secede , great idea, shur why stop at the Nestor Cup, and go for the real one...the World Cup

The Brazilians and South Americans are panicing already...their dominance of the world cup wont stand now.

They should restore the old MacClancy castle on the Island in Lough Melvin, get a few lads in there and defend the Melvin republic from all comers....!!!!
