Would like to ask St.Eunans to take it easy on Clonoe next Sunday as we are still very tired from all our games in the championship also we had a bit of a knees up after our victory in Tyrone . What is your management like do our subs need to bring crash helmets ???

noticed manager of clonoe complaining about fourth game next sunday in a row but were your opponents dromore not playing for the fourth time in four weeks as they had a replay also with some team, eunans will stuff clonoe on sunday by at least 5 or 6 points by the way clever move bringing game to coalisland almost home game for clonoe but as i say eunans to prevail

Have to agree, great year for st. eunans. Credit must go the Rafferty family, 3brothers(kevin the long lad, paddy the decent and dwyer the barber!) on the 3teams! Has this ever been done before? There a credit to the parish!

Eunans will be found wanting on Sunday again. The wont like the close intense tackling of the Clonoe defence. All adds to a Clonoe win!

Dromore played there first champonship in July which they drew the replay was a couple of months later . As the Tyrone championship was put on hold for that wee competition the ALL Ireland you might of heard of it . If Dromore had beaten Clonoe they would want to have a weeks rest the same with any team . At least St.Eunans will be nice and fresh for the game . Good Luck

Tommy Truth - great to see that Clonoe have a chip on their shoulder as well. Donegal's full of teams like that. Did our county board send you a video tape of the final like they did with Cavan Gaels last year? Probably not, it would take away from the quality time being spent on making a joke out of the county team and potential managers.... :-)

Should the oldest Rafferty not be playing Masters football at this stage...? he seems to be fit enough for his age

Good man yourself anti-eunans..sorry houserules, your at it again I see, I'd say if you were given 1000 euro to hide your bitterness towards St. Eunans, you couldn't! Its no wonder we have a shambles of a county board, populated by people with the same mindset as your good self, sent a tape of the county final to Cavan Gaels last year, enough said. We are the laughing stock of the country. I've said it on here before I'd support any Donegal team at any grade against a team from another county!

You sir are a joke!

DingDangDoo and headtheball, agree 100% lads an unequalled year of success for the black and amber (the 3 senior titles and the minor title-it will never be done again!!!). Well said about the Rafferty's, I played with Kevin and Dwyer and their late father Martin was my underage manager for my successful years in the early 90's, a great football family!

tommy truth - looking forward to what should be a great game at the weekend. I fully accept your point about playing four games in a row, think it's not ideal preparation for yourselves and if I'm being honest I wouldn't be happy if Eunan's were in that position. However as a balancer the game is practically a home game for ye in Coalisland!!

Best of luck to the St. Eunan's team and to all Eunan's supporters get yourself down to the game to cheer on the team!! Tír Chonaill Abú

It makes no real Difference who wins this game, as Crossmaglen are red hot Favourites for Ulster. However i just cant see myself cheering for eunans as they are not really a Letterkeeny team. And the Majority of there team is not from Letterkenny, this is why when it is put up to them they Fold, as they have no sence of belonging to somewhere, like players from a small club who run on to the field for there Parish with Pride and a will to to well for THERE town. Its just a shame Eunans got a easy draw in Donegal this year.

Letterkenny man

I dont accept your comments. I would always support Donegal teams from all ages and I am not anti Eunans. The prob I have with Eunan's is there under achievement. Given the numbers which they have to work with say against Clonoe, Eunan's should be hammering them of the field, but this wont happen. Eunan's biggest problem is to many of their panel are not from Letterkenny and that same passion and heart which Clonoe will show will not be there in Eunans because of this. Believe me Donegal football could do with a win on Sunday, but I just can see it.

tommy truth and istolethegiro - cheers lads for your hospitality, really looking forward to the game. Ye are up against it with the suspensions and the games coming so quickly in succession! Any word on the appeal against the suspensions? Is the clubhouse and the community centre one and the same? A pre match pint would be just the ticket! Heres to a good hard game, with hopefully a Eunans victory! Best of luck!

The keeper - you're a bitter wee sod aren't you, you'd shout for a Tyrone team against a Donegal team..good man yourself as I said above, it's because of people like you that we are the GG joke of the country at the minute!

What are you talking about the MAJORITY of the team are not from Letterkenny, what MAJORITY, name them if there is so many of them? Go to every single big town and city in the country and you will find players from different parts of the country living, working and..yes you've guessed it playing with the local team. This is hardly Eunan's fault is it?? Your narrow-mindedness and jealousy is funny mo chara

houserules - I see your point and it is to a certain degree a valid one. Yes St. Eunan's do have a much bigger pick than the other teams in the county, but again this is the same in every county in the country, with the big town or city team. This does not always equal success in any way. To take your argument to its extreme the Dubs should win every single All-Ireland championship because they have one a half million people living in the county, it doesn't happen, for many reasons; prevalence of other sports, "blow-ins" living in the town that have no interest in football etc. etc. etc.

It is not St. Eunans and the town of Letterkennys' fault if they are successful and have large numbers of people living, working and involved with the club there. I accept now houserules that your probably not anti-Eunans and have the best interest of Donegal football at heart!! On another point you raised of course a team from a small wee club (where your playing side by side with your brothers, cousins and next door neighbours) will often have more heart than a big town team where sometimes your playing with fellows you only know through football and not through close ties??

It is ok for someone to dislike St. Eunans because of the advantage of numbers they have titles one etc, hell it happens in nearly every county where there is a team from a large town , but what really annoys me is when some people would go as far as to shout for a team from another county! And it should be remembered that we have only had success at Senior level in the last decade, before that they were some very barren times indeed-I would hate to see how some people would feel about Eunans if we had won 13 or something in-a-row like Crossmaglen or if we had been winning consistently at Senior level since the 60's

st.eunans look to be able to do damage in ulster, they definitley turned it on the day in the second half agin clonoe, would be worried about the wides u hit though, cross will most likely beat the fermanagh team so yas should put it up 2 them.

A good win today for Eunan's, in what was a good advertisement for football. However they didnt get it all there own way and I feel Clonoe tired in the last 15 mins too. Well done to all involved.

Well done to St. Eunans on a great second half performance on Sunday. Hard luck to Clonoe, who put in a fine performance in what was a very tough competitive game. Ye are a great wee club and best of luck in the future!

Hopefully the lads can put in a big performance in the Semi-Final (against probably Cross). I originally thought the game was to be played in Donegal, after St. Eunans having a number of away games in Ulster the last few times we played in the competition, but the rumour I'm hearing at the minute is a possible double header in Clones with the Ballinderry v Cavan Gaels match. This would lessen our chances significantly with it been practically a home game for Cross (both geographically and more importantly, the fact that Armagh have played nearly all their championship games there in recent times, whilst the Athletic Grounds have been renovated and Cross have a number of players who played with their county in big games there). Anyway looking forward to it where ever it's played and hopefully well have a good turnout of supporters like the last day.
