i wouldnt start Peadar Óg, i think Fiach Ó Béarra would be a better choice, Peadar likes to keep the ball a bit too much asal_an_daingin (Galway) - Posts: 28 - 08/04/2009 16:47:04 252210 Link 0 |

we played eire og/fr griffins yesterday and there full forward david butterfield i tink his name was, was playing full forward and bagged 3-5. i was also told about him by another lad who plays with oughterard and told me he was good. i dont know if hes good enough for county but maybe he should be given a chance. same with their midfielder alan campbell is decent aswell hes another year of minor in him so these two players should have a go. so should jamie harrison he plays with us definately good enough oranmoreman91 (Galway) - Posts: 1 - 20/04/2009 17:02:07 263106 Link 0 |

Watched the u21 west finals ther last wk O currain and O Bearra looked more than capable of representing Galway at minor!! While p sweeney was well marked ther is no doubt he is good enough!! O currain 4m an spideal waz as solid at center back!! So these wil be definates in my opinion Eire89 (Galway) - Posts: 325 - 21/04/2009 12:30:50 263921 Link 0 |

Oranmoreman91 i agree, any body know why buterfield has not gotten a chance with the minors? i saw him playing 3 times already this year, scoring about 2-4 on average (from play) a man with his pace, strength in front of goal is surely worth giving a trial to especially if he keeps up this consistency. fatcornerback (Galway) - Posts: 7 - 28/04/2009 09:30:26 269847 Link 0 |
