flame09 your a bit narrow minded there. if these lads are so good why werent't they on the minor team dis year?? I'll agree wit ya darren quinn and kelly are 2 of the best forwards at this age but theres lots more talent out there. rafa (None) - Posts: 168 - 20/10/2008 16:43:48 122728 Link 0 |
tink thomas kelly is a minor again next year thats why he couldnt play with the team dat lost the leinster semi. Ric Flair (None) - Posts: 180 - 20/10/2008 17:15:26 122771 Link 0 |

if thats the case how come young conor clarke was told the day of the fr.manning cup shield final(after him playing in all the other rounds) that he could not play with the county u16's cause he still had 2years left to play even doh he was overage for u14?? Ric Flair (None) - Posts: 180 - 04/11/2008 12:25:59 133276 Link 0 |
thats a completely different situation ric - thats a 14 year old playing u16, world of a difference between that and a 17 year old playing minor!!! the only rule i am aware of is that you cant play to age groups above your own i.e an u16 cannot play u21, u14 cant play minor etc... But sure he was playin u-16 with his club? And Pauric Gill has done it and if i recall Leon Doherty did it! Nothin more was said about them! Are_ya_well (Longford) - Posts: 7 - 04/11/2008 18:23:04 133655 Link 0 |
