Just looking at remaining fixtures for division 2 after last night (28/02/26).
Fascinatinng permutations left, hard to predict. Cork leading the way with 4 out of 4 wins but have 2 strong northern counties left to play away in last 3 games.
If Derry beat Cork today we would have 3 teams stuck together on 8 points with each beating one of the others.
Louth on 6 points, win last 2 games they possibly could gate crash the party.
At the other end Offaly look gone but mighty fight between Kildare and Offaly to join them.
My prediction- it will come down to what Cork and Meath can do in their games against Tyrone. I fancy Meath to just squeeze in and with Derry go up.
I think a Cavan win against Offaly will push Kildare down with Offaly.

Any thoughts?"
Were Meath and Cork both to lose to Tyrone, Cork would go through on the head to head, assuming they both win their other match. I think Derry will win their remaining matches and finish top.
1 round left, Looks to me like- Meath to beat Offaly, Derry to beat Cavan, Louth to beat Kildare and Tyrone to beat Cork (don't see Cork travelling up north and get win).
Meath and Derry(on score difference) to go up, Offaly and Kildare to go down.
