is there anywhere that lists full capacity of each stand in croke park and each tier in each stand so hogan lower/premium/upper. canal lower/premium/upper and cusack lower/premium/upper?

Probably slight changes since then as there was development work completed to the Cusack in 2023, but the best answer then was:

the hill/nally terrace holds 13 thousand
corporate/premium holds 8 thousand
lower tier holds 43 thousand
upper tier holds 18 thousand
wheelchair area 3 hundred
