Eight counties left. But only 6 are probably (4 realistically) in with a chance of winning the Liam MacCarthy Cup.
Laois After being well beaten by Kildare last weekend, I can't see anything but a big loss against Tipp.
Kildare It'll be interesting to see how they fare against Dublin. I hope they make a game of it, but I think the Dubs will be too strong for them.
Dublin All in all I think they had a good Leinster, losing two games, to Kilkenny by 4 points, and Galway by 5; scoring 3 goals against both. I expect them to be even stronger next year. Hopefully they'll give Limerick a game.
Tipp Hard to rate Tipp. They finished level on points with Limerick and Cork in Munster. Drawing against Limerick, but well beaten by Cork (albeit playing with 14 men). I wouldn't be surprised if they went all the way and lifted Liam.
Galway Probably facing Tipp in the quarter-final. They need to improve a great deal, in more than one way. I can't see it happening in such a short time. Tipp for the semi's.
Limerick Most likely facing Dublin in the quarter-final. Then Kilkenny in the semis. I'd hesitate to back anyone against Limerick at the moment. I'm not saying they can't be beaten, Cork definitely can, and Kilkenny and Tipp on their day could do as well.
Kilkenny It's hard to gauge where they are, in comparison to the remaining Munster sides. A relatively easy Leinster campaign, still to be seriously tested. And that test can't get any bigger than a semi-final against Limerick.
Cork On par with Limerick. A semi-final against Tipp in Croke Park will be something to savour.

Unfortunately ourselves probably little more than a recovery session for Limerick assuming we beat Kildare. Galway will need to improve a lot to beat Tipp but have good record against them and brushed them aside surprisingly easily in Limerick two years ago.
I would normally give your fellas a good chance and they will not go down easily but I don't think they have improved since last year. Not played anyone of stature yet perhaps but most unCat like easing off and leaving themselves to be caught against Dublin and Galway.
Think winner will come from one of Munster three and would not write off Tipp who have been good and Cork game was non event in truth.

However, the mindset of the Galway players playing Tipp in a knockout game will always be quite different to playing in a Leinster Final.

Think it might be a couple of years too early for Tipp, but they are definitely coming. Of the big 3 Kilkenny would be the ones I'd be worried for most over the next 4 or 5 years, well actually worried isn't the right word at all!!! Least likely to win an AI. Limerick and Clare have lads coming, but obviously setting out on a journey and arriving at your destination are 2 completely different things. Hard to see Waterford winning Munster over the next 5 years tbh. In Leinster I can't see any other counties winning an AI in that 5 year time period either, but I think a Leinster title in the next 5 years would be achievable for the usual 4 suspects. This year the likely winners will be one of Limerick or Cork, but that's not an earth shattering prediction. Next year there might be 1 more kick in Clare if their top players stay injury free.
