No meath players would make a full strength Kerry team. kerry4sam25 (Kerry) - Posts: 51 - 16/06/2025 11:07:23 2618140 Link 0 |
Hey.....look on the brightside, you dont have to travel far for the next match. Now a full Killarney is expected, no excuses. trimmer (Meath) - Posts: 550 - 16/06/2025 11:38:31 2618165 Link 2 |
Or Galway having to go to Cavan...3 and a half hours from Ballyconneely to Breifini, didn't hear any moaning or whinging from Joyce.

Whatever annoyance Kerry may have felt about having to travel to Tullamore has surely been eased by yet another handy draw. midlands (Westmeath) - Posts: 615 - 16/06/2025 12:00:37 2618178 Link 0 |
Not convinced anyone from Kerry would post that. Meath weren't full strength either and beat ye well. Ye, All Ireland favourites before Saturday.

I dont know. Why did nt someone start a topic.Jimmy McG is fuming over it and rightly so.its wrong. ITullamore was wrong too.You show a journey from Fannad to Roscommon.Well I was talking to people who travelled from Waterville to Tullamore and thats over a 4 hour journey. Some had to travel 4 and a half hours. Now thats not right. It was grand for me living up here and grand for Meath people but grossly unfair on people from Kerry who wantwd to travel. Jimmy McG was 100% correct too.The gaa only care about money and could nt give a hoot how supporters feel. CiarraiMick (Dublin) - Posts: 3975 - 16/06/2025 12:20:41 2618193 Link 0 |
You're doing this trolling thing all wrong lad. Told ya before, if ya want people to believe you're from Kerry ya need to be cuter. This is too full on and obvious.

What the GAA needs is a fleet of chinook helicopters. Every county gets 3/4 that can transport their county squads to remote rural county grounds such as Cavan, Roscommon, Clones, Tullamore, Mullingar etc in a matter of minutes from every location on the island. Kerry have a home game next week. Expect it to sell out in seconds. MesAmis (Dublin) - Posts: 13827 - 16/06/2025 12:56:35 2618228 Link 1 |
I see a complete arrogance from some analysts and supporters without actually having any facts to back it up and place favouritism on what has happened prior to this year. Truth is football landscape has changed dramatically and the team coached best combined with good natural footballers and shooters will go far. Kerry are perhaps neither of these and fall into the group of teams including the successful ones that were mainly athletes and not really footballers except for a small number. Meath while far from finished article look a better team than Kerry regardless of the few missing. Monaghan also making good strides as are Down. Dublin are showing more humility than Kerry in the transition and expect them to be more of a threat for major honours this year. Tyrone may be best equipped of Ulster teams as see further arrogance surrounding Donegal and Armagh. Bookies also falling foul of poor analysis leading to handsome returns for some punters especially those that backed Meath over arrogant Kerry! winatallcost (Meath) - Posts: 709 - 16/06/2025 12:58:49 2618231 Link 1 |
We need to think big to solve this massive issue that threatens the very foundations of the GAA. SO who needs foundations when we could have............ drum roll..... a mobile national stadium! We might still need the chinooks to transport it, maybe we could use drones either, lots of drones. The stadium can be moved to exactly halfway between competing counties for the possibly 10s of games required as neutral venues and if specific people with very specific gripes are put out then we could have like 50km sympathy zones. Whoever complains the most (not necessarily Kerry and Donegal!) can get it moved 50k in their direction. Breffni40 (Cavan) - Posts: 12412 - 16/06/2025 13:05:22 2618235 Link 0 |
That poster is Corkforliammcarthy24. He has nt a clue about Kerry players. His username should be Waltermittylose my money. CiarraiMick (Dublin) - Posts: 3975 - 16/06/2025 13:24:27 2618254 Link 0 |
This thing of not using venues when counties are involved on the day a venue is being used doesn't hold up this Saturday..Gaelic grounds for tipp/Galway while limerick are in Dublin at 4. CTGAA10 (Limerick) - Posts: 2558 - 16/06/2025 17:26:29 2618450 Link 0 |
You are consistent anyway Mesamis ill give you that. I doubt we will sell out though as Cavan wont travel in big numbers and its a stand alone game. As your population is ten times the Kerry population ,if we get 10,000 that means you would get a hundred thousand supporters for a stand alone game at hom However you are having a double header with Limerick who are great fans to travel and Cork also. Id say the gaa will have to swith the hurling as no way would all supporters be able to attend. CiarraiMick (Dublin) - Posts: 3975 - 16/06/2025 18:05:14 2618470 Link 0 |
Limerick agreed to Croke Park. So if supporters are put out its not anyone's elses doing. A good warm up for what they hope will be 3 CP games. No advantage to Dublin. Usual crack of football supporters wandering in with 20 minutes left thinking we be doing well if only beaten by 10. Might even get a chorus of COYBIB. We all have our crosses to bear!
