35 Championship Matchs This Weekend

There are 35 championship matchs this weekend from provincial football finals , Munster/Leinster hurling , tailtean cup football , Joe McDonagh and other hurling championships . Kerry v Tyrone all ireland u20 semi . Impossible to keep track of them all like many people would have done one time

Playing so many matchs on the one weekend just highlights the cramped window of the new season , games are taking place and the general public are totally confused what's going on with so many fixtures jammed on top of each other .

Players were not going to commit any longer to the one and done stuff after months of training. The only people bothered by this are the moaners on these forums. Get out and enjoybthe games. You are not needed at every game.

Its overkill and we cant see them all.Then come August we have nothing.The season is too condensed.

Its getting like other sports and that shouldnt be seen as a bad thing. There is/was for too much of seasons being far too long unnecessarily in gaa. At club and inter counry level
