I can't speak about RTE. But I don't bother listening to the pregame and half-time analysis on the BBC and ITV. And I've now started muting the commentary on most games because of the constant drivel spoken. Which is a shame, because I miss the crowd noise, atmosphere.

And after watching Spain play Italy last night i saw nothing that would make me change my mind they could have and should have scored 3 or 4 goals in that game

Amazingly. The bookies have Spain as 4th! favourites, behind France, Germany and......England!!! :-).

TV commentators don't come up for air these days. It's not radio. We can see the action. Let the pictures speak for themselves like Barry Davies or Jimmy McGee used to do.

I'm hoping Turkey progress beyond the Group stage. Enjoyed watching their last game, especially 19 year Arda Guler. Big game tomorrow against Portugal.
