Think he left Plunkett's a few years ago after a couple of years there. He was with Crokes at one stage briefly, also. Not sure who he's with now, if anyone, but apparently attends quite a few Dublin club games.

Not with Plunkett's anymore. Gone from there a few years now.

Brigid's only up the road from there.

Think this could be his 4th Dublin club to be involved with in some capacity.

Was defo involved with Crokes a few years back also.

Sure who hasn't been with Crokes.

I hear some Argentinian deliveroo cyclist called Lionel something been kicking points for fun with the Junior Bs in Silverpark.

He played hurling for Crokes (not sure did he play with the footballers) but he did play football with Plunkett with the Brogans.

Correct. He was hurling with Crokes, played ball with Plunketts for two years I think. He's living in Ranelagh but believe that the house there is now on the market. Maybe he was eyeing up a future club, Castleknock GAA?

Too late. Starlights bought him a few large bottles in Ciarans last night. He's togging junior C against Man O'War Sunday beside the airport.

Replying To BarneyGrant:  "Hope you got there?

Boden and Kickhams was excellent game for neutrals (even those of us who can never be neutral if Boden are playing :-)

All of Ballymun's heroes played at some stage although Paddy Small departed early with what looked like a hamstring issue, Rock was good when he came on. Brilliant goal from Bolger gave them a chance but their dreadful kick outs caught them in the end with an opportunistic goal well taken by Colm of the Basquels.

Big crowd too for this early stage, Well over 1,000 from my perch? Castleknock never really looked like being beaten in first game by Harps and both really extras to be honest."
Good game in prospect tonight Barney - Vinnies v Whitehall

Gonna head in after work.

Vinnies are 5/2 to win tonight and more than 50/1 to win the championship. Surely signs of the End Times?

Must be one of the fancy joints on the sea front! Closest I get to there is Paddy Bawns on Strand Street.

Senior B

Clontarf 7/4
Brigids 5/1
Plunketts 6/1
Rush 9/1
Lusk 10/1
Nh Olaf 12/1

If Clontarf play to potential, then they should go back up to Senior A at first attempt.
