1. Ban on senior intercounty collective training for December and January.

2. Sigerson cup in January and Feb

3. Two tier provincial championships in Feb/March with finals on St Patrick's day
Connacht B - Sligo, London, Leitrim, NY
Ulster B - Fermanagh, Antrim, Cavan, Down, Donegal, Armagh, Monaghan, Tyrone
Munster B - Waterford, Tipperary, Clare, Limerick
Leinster B - Wexford, Wicklow, Carlow, Offaly, Longford, Westmeath, Meath, Louth

4. Provincial Semi and finals in March & April with finals on Easter weekend
- Connacht - Mayo, Roscommon, Galway & B winners
- Ulster - Derry, top 3 from B
- Leinster - Dublin, Kildare and B finalists
- Munster - Kerry, Cork and B finalists

5. Start league in April (div 3&4 same weekend as provincial finals) and have league final on June bank holiday - modify structure to reduce to 5 matches per county over 8 weeks

6. Start tailteann cup on June bank holiday and Sam Maguire the week after - matches every two weeks and all Ireland final on last weekend of August
6. Start club football championship in August, 2 weeks after your county exits the Sam Maguire/tailteann cup
7. Start Club provincial championship in September, seeded based on counties exit date from Intercounty championship like the below

- B q finals - Laois, Carlow, Wexford, Longford, 1 from prelim, Westmeath, Louth, Offaly (2nd weekend in September)

- Leinster B final (2 from above) (4th weekend in September)
# A Championship
Semi finals, Meath v B winner, Dublin, Kildare (2nd weekend in October)
Final Dublin v semi finals winner (October bank holiday weekend)

1. February - pre season training
2. March - provincial B Championship
3. April & May - div 4 league
4. June - tailteann cup
5. July & August - Club championship
6. September & October - provincial club championship

The equivalent in Kerry would be
1. March - pre season training
