This team is all American born and have come upup thru the ranks of the NEW YORK MINOR BOARD.
No player that played with the NY Senior County team was allowed to play in the junior competition, even the American born players.
Huge achievement for these p layers and management and will be another big boost for Gaelic Football in NY.

It is strange to think that they would be given All Ireland medals for winning that competition and a player like Conor McManus would end his career with none. I was going to say that Mayo have none but they would have the drawer full of silver Celtic crosses.

Mayo and Monaghan play senior, this is a competition for overseas and homegrown players plus Kilkenny who do not care about football so not the same, no need to be throwing shapes at either county.

Do minor, U21, vocational schools, Hogan cup, Comagie count as legit medals.

Would be great if TG4 cover the Galway v New York game April 6th. Make a weekend of it and show the people the great GAA festival in New York and kick off the season with something different

GAAGO have shown the game the last two years so I see no reason why they won't be showing it again in 2025.
