Whereas, we occasionally laugh at your attempts to pick at us Cavan folk - your county, Monaghan, are our main rivals after all- I find it disgraceful that you'd stoop low enough to attack players. Why the deliberate misspellings? We've been reading your posts for a long time, and know that you are a competent speller. Keep the banter to the County. There's no need to go after players.

ExiledCuCu son of Cu here Please let the great Mrs T know that there was no bigger controversy than when my local Gaa club allowed Female players to play with the Men's junior C team. The senior players threatened to boycott playing as they were informed that the ladies would have to shower with lads after matches as there was no funds available to build separate changing rooms. The senior lads just happened to train at the same time as the first junior C league game. Tensions were high and there was great trepidation as to what would happen when the final whistle was blown. Both junior teams, the senior team, the committee, referee and linesmen were all in the shower. You just couldn't make it up TomSmith Here, you couldn't make that up............ Since I told people that he is from Monaghan, he's trying to reinvent himself, I think. Maybe the deliberate misspellings are his way of suggesting that us Cavan folk are stupid? Be careful or he might reappear as a Leitrim poster, under, as he'd say himself, another one of his handles.

"In the Gaa its ano no to transfer to a neighboring Club" should read "In the GAA, it's a no-no to transferring to a neighbouring club." If my punctuation ever dips to the shoddy standards exhibited by Tom, I should be the one to hide away in shame and depart to another forum. Let's hope I never deteriorate to such a depraved state. Tomsmith here Its odious how some of you are so nit picking where written talk is concerned. I quote ( and its not the great MRs T who said) Good penmanship is the art of fools . But back to transfers , I feel that Shanie Johnson or is it Mc Kieran coming to the Gaels, or was it Larry Thompson transferring to Cork that caused the most people to say we aregoing down the Road of Soccer with transfers tomsmith (Cavan) - Posts: 4033 - 28/05/2023 21:31:21 2482363 Link 0 |
Tacai from County Leitrim (ough what a place ), what part we dont know sure it could be Carrigallen right beside us. Tomsmithg here a senior Poster of longstanding good quality posts. I waited two weeks before responding to you tos ee if anyone would support you caustic view, but alas naw naw. But back to Transfers with Clubs or Counties or indeed where money Bags are concerned within Countries. I feel that no transfer should be allowed to be applied for a player transferring from one Club to another within his own County tomsmith (Cavan) - Posts: 4033 - 10/06/2023 22:05:07 2485390 Link 0 |
While it's not the point of this thread, but again I'm not sure what the point of it actually is, but a question. Is there a parish rule in ladies football or Camogie? oneoff (UK) - Posts: 1623 - 11/06/2023 08:48:00 2485426 Link 0 |
Have any of you spotted Tom's other account? It was active during his two weeks hiatus.

Fontofnowisdom Tomsmith here First of all let me say that you are seeing things that dont exist. I say yourself, that other buckoo from Limerick should desist in deriding Tomsmiths ( ably supportered by the great Mrs T) great Posts. Tomsmith represents all matters pertaining to a font of Imperial knowledge . I again say that if no transfers were allowed within ones own county that alot of the anger in relation to transfers would be avoided . I should say that the transfers that I am talking about are players transfers not management tomsmith (Cavan) - Posts: 4033 - 12/06/2023 09:37:23 2485700 Link 0 |
Who's the Limerick poster. Is he another of your many identities? No, I was referring to the ones that are obviously you. People who take the time to read your threads will see them for themselves. Your frequent references to the imperial do in fairness make me chuckle. You've more agendas that Putin. Targeting players is below the belt, though.
