Replying To FrankieJoe:  "Wicklow are the least ready of all the teams for promotion and probably would benefit more from another year in 4 than going up at this stage."
There is never a bad time to leave Division 4. If we get promoted on Sunday I'll do a jig.

...... but, but..... don't tell me that even a little part of you won't miss your old friends - Leitrim, Carlow, Waterford.

All four of us have been promoted relatively recently only to return to the familiar and safe environs of division 4. But fair enough, a change of scenery is beneficial every now and again.

Anyway, can't wish you best of luck, as it would mean we lose. However at least one of this friendly foursome (either Leitrim or Wicklow) will be off on a little jolly for 2024.

Interesting end to the division, local Derby will decide it all, sligo win and its fairly clear cut, Leitrim win and its calculator time, that's assuming there are no surprises in the laois or wicklow games, Leitrim have been the best team I've seen so far in the league but tend to not back up a good performance in the next game, so I'll go for sligo and wicklow promotion

Well done to Sligo & Wicklow!

Great excitement yesterday, as a Laois man I was listening to commentary from London and glued to twitter for updates out of Carrick..Leitrim agonisingly close to pulling off an unbelievable comeback, but fair play to Sligo for keeping the head when it got back to all square and finding a way to win it.

No complaints from the Laois side, the league table never lies at the end and Wicklow fully deserve to go up after coming into Portlaoise and winning well.

Wexford in first round of championship now to see who gets the privilege of being beaten by Dublin by 15 points in the Quarter Final!

After 67 mins of the games yesterday it was Leitrim and Laois that were in pole position to get promoted. When the games were over it's a Crossmaglen double as the 2 Armagh management teams from Sligo and Wicklow get promoted. Can't get much tighter than that
