Don't see what all the Hyland/Graham bitching is about, we have a lot to thank both men for, Hyland took us from the brink and made us competitive and while not successful in championship he laid the foundations for what was to come when Micky delivered the Anglo Celt Cup. Nine of the players who featured in hylands last championship match ,the Tyrone replay in 2016, started the 2020 ulster final with another coming on as sub and no doubt if McVeety was around in 2020 he would have featured also. Indeed this years starting team v Armagh had 7 of those same players plus McVeety. This is just a ridiculous statement it goes to show how far some supporters go to run down there county.

It's not a ridiculous statement that runs down ones County…. It's called realism as opposed to delusion which a lot of Cavan supporters seem to suffer from these days…. Unable to cope with reality….!

How can you say it's realism that New York would beat us? What have they done? They drew their first match this year and were hammered by Sligo, Is tailtain cup our level do you think? If it is we have won 2 out of 2. I think it's you that is not a realist.

Cavan need to throw the kitchen sink at the Tailtean cup. Then, this time next year, we could be heading for Killarney, Ballybofey, Castleblaney for cracks at a place in the quarter finals. He has loads of ability…. Problem was management had no idea how to use him… Just imagine what a proper manager could get out of a player of Smiths ability…?

Good managers get the best out of what ever players are at his disposal…. unfortunately Mickey Graham does not fit into that category… !

You forgot to mention bringing a team from Division 1 to Division 4…. surely the mark of a great manager… His Ulster title was obviously a fluke when you see what has happened to the team since… The team were in reasonable shape when he took over and that was what kept them competitive in Ulster but even a blind man can see the longer he was in charge the worse the team has got….!

That's a total no no with this management set up… He might as well follow Smith out the door.. doesn't he realise you are not supposed to go forward with this team….it's backwards or sideways or your off the team…
