Heard Liam Sheedy is to be announced as the next Offaly hurling manager if true it will be some boost to Offaly.

What a boost for hurling if we could have Offaly back fighting at the top. They were a joy to watch. Even better still if the could drag Westmeath, Laois , Carlow, Kildare and others with them. Great hurling men in all these counties. Sheedy would be a help i am sure but success will have to come from within the ranks and between the lines.

The latest story, not confirmed, is that Liam Sheedy will not be Offaly SH Manager. The rumour is that current selector, Johnny Kelly will replace Mi. Fennelly, with Eamonn O'Shea joining the team. This is not confirmed. Not good to have names floating around, without any confirmation.
