There's a few guys on Facebook that do helmet repairs/restitching. I'd say if you get in touch with them they'd point you in the right direction.

If it was the plastic itself that was giving way I'd definitly bin it but if its just the stitching gone loose restitching it shouldn't be a problem once done.
