Fair play Galway, at least attempted to play football when given the chance. Derry system found out, headless chicken stuff. Zero creativity. MachaireConnacht (Roscommon) - Posts: 1000 - 09/07/2022 19:06:37 2430768 Link 2 |
Said in an earlier post, Derry beat a Tyrone team that played played as bad as I've seen them in years and the same goes for Donegal. Some craic in Galway tonight.

Derry awful, well done Galway. realdub (Dublin) - Posts: 8678 - 09/07/2022 19:09:32 2430771 Link 1 |
Not much to say about that game. Both sides shot poor wides. Once Derry had to chase the game, they were goosed with Galway's superior footballers never looking taxed. And both keepers had a 'mare. festinog (Galway) - Posts: 3143 - 09/07/2022 19:12:43 2430772 Link 1 |
Class act, unmarkable

Kerry or Dublin could put a B team out in the final and still win. Ulsterman (Antrim) - Posts: 9788 - 09/07/2022 19:16:51 2430778 Link 1 |

They will yeah. Neither of them have been tested in 2022 but their B team will beat Galway. Do you know anything about football?

Gallagher licking and spitting into his hands all day just makes him look a clown.. Like wat purpose does it serve? You'd swear he was playing Zucker (Leitrim) - Posts: 156 - 09/07/2022 19:26:34 2430788 Link 1 |

Some footballer, some leader. Is this the longest spell he's had injury-free for Galway. Getting better with every game.

If Comer is fit, Galway will trouble either Kerry or Dublin. Provided they can make it to the second half, which is doubtful points50swiththeargyllsonthewrongfeet (Tyrone) - Posts: 282 - 09/07/2022 19:29:08 2430792 Link 0 |
Delighted for the lads - well deserved when most people were writing them off both against Armagh and today against Derry. Damo Comer is some player when a warrior was needed to stand up to turn the tide but the backs were really good today also apart from another sloppy last minute goal being given away but Galway teams like to make it tight / hard on themselves for a bit of excitement! lol tommy k (Galway) - Posts: 3470 - 09/07/2022 19:29:41 2430793 Link 0 |
A clown that won the Anglo Celt and got his team to the semi finals. Any county could do with a clown like that.

He gets the passion going no doubt. Hope you, Baire and Katser enjoyed.. Katser now supporting Kilkenny - John Daly might throw him a Mountbellya jersey for the day..

Galway defence gets better with every game as well. I know they had their problems at the end of games but they seem to get more solid as they go on in the championship. But the Dubs or Kerry forwards will bring them a huge challenge. One thing guaranteed, Galway should find it easier to score against both of those teams compared to Derry.
