We are 5 games into the league and as always its competitive as always. Predictions for league?

However, as always, I cant wait until the championship. I hear it wont be played until September time. Disappointing as it would have been great to play it in the good weather. The final wont be played until end of October roughly and you are into the wind and the rain. But it is what is it.

Predictions for Championship?

I see Omagh are flying in the league however its very early. I see they beat Trillick in a good competitive game.
Errigal will be many people's favorites however they seem to implode every year. They have the players and are rightly favorites however I seen the semi vs coalisland last year and couldn't believe they threw that game away.
Usual suspects Trillick, Dromore, Coalisland will be there or there abouts.

My dark horse tip is Killyclogher. They have the McCann's and Bradley back from the county so they will be fit and ready. They have a few young Tyrone u20's and a few veterans. Someone said they were 21/1 on Paddy Power which is a big price.

Errigal to finally win it is my prediction.

Intermediate: Galbally

Junior: Stewartstown.

Can I comment?? Lol In fairness, you have probably the best product in the country club wise - so many could win it and your intermediate and junior is the same. Can Dungannon put a run together again? I hope tg4 show the games again.

Sorry Fridge. I was off line for a while as I was attending a work event in Qatar.

The Tyrone championship is so unpredictable that I have stopped guessing who will win. And based on the first half a dozen league results it doesn't seem like it is going to be any more straightforward this year.

For what it's worth I think Omagh could win it and I would have Dungannon as my dark horse.

I think Clonoe may just have enough experience to stay up but I do fear for them in the coming years. I think Derrylaughan and Moortown will be relegated.

I think Trillick have left at least one championship behind over the last five years and this year could be a last chance to make a serious challenge.

Galbally would be my favourites for the Intermediate and Strabane the Junior.

Very nice - World cup related?

I would agree Omagh could be in with a shout. Clonoe in trouble but have an easy enough draw to the semi finals in the championship i think.

Dungannon would certainly be in with a shout as well

I would agree about Trillick. They have the players but need to make hay.

Do they play Errigal in the quarters or semi's if both teams win - that would be a blockbuster tie and one TG4 should look to screen if it happens.

Dungannon do it to Trillick again. Never say die attitude and they could be hard to stop especially if they can get big Paudi Mc Anulty back. A lot of close matches to come this weekend.

Is 9:10 pm too late to start a game?

Dungannon deserved the victory. apart from the first 20 mins they were by far the better team. Trillick looked very robotic .

Aye, some great matches to come, forecasts same as yours except I'd pick Dromore instead of Omagh and Strewstown instead of Strabane.

my record for predictions is awful but I will go Clonoe, Dromore, Carrickmore & Errigal. So if you support any of these teams I've probably jinxed you!!!!!

Looking forward to the matches.

Why are the two games on Sunday in different venues - could it not be a double header in Carrickmore? If people like me want to see both its a hassle to leave one venue to go to another. Maybe there is a reason but I don't see the point. surely its easier organised for the two games to be in one venue? better crowd.

I see your point, can't say it would be a home match for Carrickmore as Omagh get that luxury all the time. Good to see matches out of Omagh as other clubs get a slice of halftime draws.

Dungannon will be quietly confident having beaten Trillick. Big q is whether Errigal will play a full 70 minutes or do their usual of trying to pull it out of the fire at the end

They're all here: https://tyronegaa.ie/tyronegaatv/

Good picture quality too, think we do it independently, and the quality is better than some other county's coverage that I've seen.

For the seniors, my predictions:

Saturday, October 8

Clonoe v Donaghmore - Clonoe

Carrickmore v Loughmacrory - Carmen

Sunday, October 9

Omagh v Dromore - Dromore

Dungannon v Errigal Ciaran - no idea - possibly Errigal, if they show up

Looking fwd to all 4 games

Errigal certainly turned up. Their forward line especially the Canavan's will take stopping. Slidden the difference in the other match. Two good teams meeting in semifinal. Other side of draw should see Carrickmore through to final.

Yes, they started well and kept it going. No harm having Peter's cubs either of course, no messing with those lads, like their father, as soon as they get the ball, they're thinking "score".

I called all 4 games right, which is the first time that's ever happened lol.

Omagh were authors of their own misfortune v Dromore - 11 wides to 5 wides tells its own story. Omagh's shot selection and decision making was off. They kept trying for scores which, given the conditions, weren't on. Given better weather, they might well have won, but Dromore showed their experience by adapting their game far better to the conditions.

Carrickmore v Clonoe - could be closer than people think- Clonoe are a big awkward team who will mix it with anyone. Carrickmore to win narrowly.

Errigal Ciarán v Dromore - there's more scoring in Dromore than we saw yesterday, and their ability to play Gaelic Tiki-taka is impressive. Could be a shoot-out. V hard to call. If wet windy day, Dromore narrowly. If dry calm day, Errigal narrowly.

Errigal have been caught on the hop to often in past years. It's theirs to lose. Dromore are no pushovers and a full game from Sludden will help but how do you stop the two Canavan's. Years ago people from outside the county went to club football to see Frank Mc Guigan, these boys are similar. Other semifinal Clonoe are a 20 minute one man show. They need big Danny and he's not fit enough for a whole game.
