Thoughts? I think it would be a good thing. Depending on the cost of the equipment it could be an idea at games at lots of different levels. The ref mic ear piece was a decent revenue generator at rugby in the past. Not sure if it still is or if that was just a fad because it was new.

Certainly at I/C level I would be in favour.

Agree think it would be a good step forward to hear why Refs have made some decisions, it might also encourage better behaviour from players when approaching/talking to them as well. With the current shortage of Referee's nationwide would this hinder or help with recruitment of them?

Would prefer a "video review" ahead of a straight red card. Get rid of the anomalies out of the disciplinary system is a higher priority.

Not sure how that had any relevance. Hardly mutually exclusive

Well I think priority #1 has to be help the referee make the right decision, then we can worry about him telling Paddy in South Kerry why he gave a free.
