As a Wexford man, am taking more interest than usual in this year's Joe McDonagh Cup final! Agree with legendzxix here, though. It's hypocrisy and double standards. And I think his idea is a good one, of the winners of the McDonagh determining which of the provinces has six teams the following year, with the bottom of those six then being relegated. To be fair people have been saying it since the start. None of the players were made available for an interview with the local journalists. One journalist was criticising the management for it. They were further annoyed in hearing that Eric Leen would be available to speak with the national media.
