Replying To Tiarnach87:  "If Clones beat Tyholland both them and Blackhill will be on a 3 way tie with 2pts each, and all have beat each other on H2H. Does it just come down to who has the best point difference then to take QF spot?"
Comes down to best point difference between games involving all 3.

So
Hill v clones
Tyholland v Hill
Clones v tyholland

Games against maghercloone/doohamlet don't count.

Clones need to win by 6, Blackhill can't qualify now matter what.

And you would imagine Rory Gallagher will go to Derry. So who does this leave us with???

If Derry didn't have their doubts about Rory they would've appointed him weeks ago, they wouldn't be hanging around. They flew a few kites to see which way the wind was blowing and weren't happy. I don't see that changing any time soon. So the question is now, is there any wind in Monaghan, and if so, is it blowing with or against Rory. Are they be waiting for Corduffs championship campaign to conclude?

One of the retired players again by looks of things.

Derry are searching for a new manager since July 8 you can imagine if they were to appoint him they would have done so already.

Any chance Paul Curran would step up from u20's or Dermot Malone from Minor? Minor to senior might be a bit of a stretch but why not?

Senior:
Cremartin v Scotstown
Ballybay v Aughnamullen
Donaghmoyne v Inniskeen
Clontibret v Latton

Intermediate:
Clone v Tyholland
Doohamlet v Magheracloone
Harps v Emyvale
Blayney v Carrick

Junior:
Drumhowan v Eire Og
Aghabog v Scotstown
Killeevan v Oram
Currin v Rockcorry"
Junior pairing for quarter finals
Scotstown V Toome
Drumhowan v Kiieveen
Oram v Aghabog
Currin v Eire og

More than likely double headers in scotstown and Ballybay on Saturday and Sunday weekend 28/29th.
Drumhowan and Eire og to advance. The other fixtures too hard to call.

Don't write scotstown off against Toome, they pushed drumhowan to the limit last week, probably should have won it

A couple of score lines might've went against the public's opinion but now we have our final layout for the group stages of the championship and how we move on, what do we think??

Also, not sure if ladies football is talked about much on this forum as I'm relatively new but donaghmoyne being bet for the first time in about 21 years is quite impressive.

I assume you're listing off teams that won't win a thing this year ?

Great for ladies football in the county. First new senior champion in 22 years!

Cheers for that. Bizarre when you see the final table and Clones in third with better overall points difference. Can't see the logic in H2H points difference, as surely performance in all games should be taking into account.
