Different rules for different competitions? Doubtful I'd say.

Head to head where 2 teams are tied on points, ask your club secretary. And besides you reckon that Plunketts will beat Brownstown (who will then finish on 2 points) and you reckon Delvin will be relegated, they'll also be on 2 points, Delvin will have a better score difference than Brownstown, so why do Delvin get relegated? Anyways if Delvin & Brownstown both finish on 2 points there will be a relegation playoff (Plunketts beat Brigids on penalties last year in a playoff).

Yes head to head rules 6.21 only apply to keeping teams in the championship I.e who qualifies for knockouts
Teams can't be relegated on head to head, a playoff must apply

If Raharney lose to Clonkill and Castletown and LLG draw, then Raharney are out of the championship.

Replying To Greenandgoldie:  "Raharney V Clonkill : The winners of this will go on to win the championship in my opinion. Clonkill to win as they've more to play for. If they lose they are gone. Raharney are through regardless of the outcome of this game.

CTG V Lough Lene Gaels. CTG to win comfortably. Gaels need Raharney to do them a favour to keep them in championship.

Pollard v Fr Daltons. Pollard by 7/8 Daltons back to Senior B."
If Clonkill beat Raharney and Castletown and the Gaels draw Raharney are out so they have plenty to play for.Raharney,Castletown and Pollard to win, in the B Plunketts,The Wood and Delvin while in intermediate Turin,Southern Gaels and Castletown to win.

If the Gaels get any sort of result against Castletown Raharney can be eliminated. Will be eliminated actually if they don't win

That's my point.

Yea, so Cullion can't qualify for semi-final no matter what happens!

How was it your point? You claimed Cullion could qualify with a big win. They're out if they win by 100 points

Plunketts have a very good team - be interesting to see how they do on Sunday. Brownstown have been a bogey team for Plunketts in recent years, beating them in 2018 and last year.

If Raharney beat Clonkill..the Castletown vs LLG game is dead rubber. They won't know that at the time though.

So therefore it's not a dead rubber

Sorry I misread the rule. Regardless Cullion have turned their season around a win v the wood and it would be impressive considering where they were.

Raharney very strong display today. They join Castletown and Lough Lene Gaels in knockout.
As for Clonkill it's the first time in over 20 years not making a semi final. Poor all year. Big changes needed there.

Raharney in final.
Easy victory against Clonkill without getting out of second gear. Hard to remember the last time Clonkill failed to reach the semi final.

Clonkill out, raharney into final. Ctg vs gaels in semi finals after ctg bet gaels in last group game.

Good win for CTG over the Gaels. Should have won by more than 2 points but they'll take it considering they were without Ciaran Glennon in goals and Aonghus Clarke. Both should be available for the semi final. I reckon Castletown will introduce Peter Murphy to Senior hurling in that game too. Their forwards were dangerous.
The Gaels showed glimpses of good things but they will have to improve massively to upset Castletown in the semi final, couple of fortunate goals kept them in touch this evening.
They should have took Jogger off when they learned of Raharney being ahead of Clonkill, he appeared pretty injured to me.
Didn't see the Raharney Clonkill game but Raharney seemed to be convincing winners, I shall see the replay of that game on Iarmhi tv.

Raharneys championship to lose, convincing winners again, when was the last time clonkill didn't make the knockout stages?
LLG toothless again, Castletown won with relative ease, score lines flatters Collinstown, no aonghus on the field either

Good win for Raharney, Clonkill seemed to miss Niall Mitchell all year, impressive display by the Gaels vs Castletown, their semi final might be a close game. Delvin vs Brownstown in senior b relegation a tasty looking game.

Don't care what anyone says... It should be four teams in the semis, having one semi is ridiculous, I know only 6 teams in championship but seriously how is one extra game going to do any harm also it would have been a double header. It would have left pollard something to play for tomorrow also if 4 teams were going through
